| Alliance Grobbulus | Semi-Hardcore | Weekend Raiding Guild
Rat Wranglers is a newly formed semi-hardcore Grobbulus Alliance weekend raiding guild looking for new members for our core TBC raid roster. Our guild leadership consists of experienced mythic raiders and 15/15 Naxx raiders with top speed-running times on their respective servers. In TBC, we will be looking to push the ranking on our server and clear content as fast and efficiently as possible, becoming the best non-speedrunning guild on our server.
Goals: Our goals are simple; we strive to kill bosses as fast as possible in a pumper raid environment on a two-day schedule; if that sounds like something you would like to be a part of, then this is the perfect place for you.
Guild Expectations: Our guild expectations are that our raiders will maintain 98% raid attendance, take all the necessary steps to perform at a 99 percentile, know all raid encounters before entering the raid, and come to raid prepared with all the necessary consumables and professions to squeeze out the most throughput from their characters. We also want our players to have a mindset centered on constantly improving.
Raid Times: Friday/Saturday 9 PM - 12 AM EST
Loot Rules: We will be using a loot council priority system that focuses on increasing raid DPS and rewarding our most valuable members; all loot decisions will be made by our council based on factors such; as performance, dedication, and attendance, if that is not what you want, then don’t waste your time or ours by applying. If you cause any drama because of a loot decision, you will be removed; it’s that simple.
Recruitment: We are currently in our formative days, so we are looking for and recruiting all classes and exceptional players! Just be aware that all raid spots will be competitive.
Rules and Guild Etiquette: Don’t be a jerk and no gamer words… It’s really not that hard; just try your best to be a decent human being as our goal is to be a respected guild and raiding community.
