This created the problem we have today. The “Haves” vs the “Have nots”. I’m not saying challenge is a bad thing. But making things locked behind difficulty creates a rift in your player base. Look at how old school raids were done using the master loot system. Powerful guilds would gatekeep items and control what was distributed. Making things accessible for regular players is a better quality for all.

Normally I disagree with most of your posts but in this you are absolutely right.
