I would be lying if I said I understood why people want to remain in a game with the same content with nothing new to progress. Because I don’t.
With that being said, ya’ll absolutely deserve at least one TBC and Wrath server, and I sincerely hope Blizzard gives you one. (I think they will…eventually)
Speaking only for myself, I am generally a casual player and I am usually not in a rush to get to the end-game content. I enjoy the journey. That being said, there is so much of TBC (in this case) that I have not explored yet, I could probably play for years without seeing everything. And even then, I could re-explore things over time and these areas would have a freshness to them again.
