IDK about the Necrolord per se, but there are some rewards that are unlocked behind the Campaign still. For example, Wild Hunt has weapons on the vendor that require Chapter 9 of the Campaign to unlock.

Those are just Nathria weapons. You can literally just get the Nathria token. Chapter 9 gives you a Raid Finder token as a reward. No need to do the campaign, just do LFR Nathria Fated when it’s up.
