Remain active and social within the guild, help and guide guild members if you have the time.
Maintain a mature, positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
Communicate with each other frequently and be open to criticism, praise, and ideas for improvements.
Take your role in raids seriously, always look for ways to improve.
Do not slack, prepare adequately, and always give 110% in raids.

Clearing raids before the next tier of content, historically in week one.
