Exiles was founded on New Year’s day by a small group of raiders who had experience leading a guild to Onyxia one shots and 10/10 MC clears. Whether loot council or MS > OS or free roll we could see people unsatisfied at the end of the night. Bosses went down and tempers went up. We also saw more than one person quit after they got that one incredible piece and thought there has to be a better way that incentivizes people with gear to keep showing up and distributes loot in a transparent and fair manner where everyone feels the raid was worth their time in addition to being fun.
Exiles is looking for raiders who are Polite, Friendly, and Professional to fill out a team capable of clearing all current content.

So about that loot, this is copy paste from our discord raid rules.
- Loot will be distributed by auction
a. All epics, legendaries, and crafting patterns will be auctioned to highest bidder
b. Minimum bid 50g
c. Bid increments 25g
d. All proceeds distributed evenly to all players at end of raid
i. If a player leaves before raid completed they forfeit their share to the raid
ii. Disconnects will be given 10 minutes before removal
e. All auctions will be tracked on a google spreadsheet posted here for everyone to see
f. Items not sold will be sharded, shards belong to the guild
Payouts will vary based on total auctions, amount bid, and number in raid.
Raid times will be Friday Nights at 8:30s for Molten Core. Onyxia will be Tuesdays and or Sunday evenings based on reset calendar.
