is it still 100% guaranteed from mythic? I’ve heard that the ‘guaranteed drop’ was literally only for the first one, and it’s now only a chance (albeit a high one) to drop.
It’s my understanding that it is guaranteed from mythic, but I could be wrong.

It isn’t guaranteed from Mythic. I SAW it drop this week (not for me but I’m happy for the evoker that got it).
Next Tuesday, we will get another attempt per week.
Clearing heroic Sark each week is my Sisophyean Hell, and it would be my luck that it’ll drop from LFR after all this time.

They need to stop with the Triumphant Spamming, This is kinda starting to get Stupid and if follows you EVERYWHERE…was in raid last night and there was at least 4 or 5 Messages…All this Right after we Kill Sark and no drop I might add. Honestly its F’d up Blizz especially as the weeks go on.

Yeah I mean I don’t agree with all of the people losing their minds that they don’t already have it, but I definitely agree that the notification still being spammed realm wide seems borderline toxic by Blizz, lol.
At least change it to realm so it’s not as frequently depressing.

Killed heroic and normal every week it was available and have not seen the gem drop for any of the evokers in any of those groups lol. Pretty sure one of Limit’s evokers (the one who didn’t get it from the guaranteed first kill) doesn’t have it yet either. It’s rare

2 weeks joining those full Evoker runs and i haven’t seen it drop to anyone. I would understand a few but daung, 20+ evokers and 0 drops for any 2 weeks in a row?. That’s beyond bad luck imo. I know it’s a personal loot, but the fact that didn’t dropped to any makes me think that there is some kind of system that lowers its drop if there is too many evokers in the same raid.
Most of the people i know that have gotten it have obtained in groups with just a few Evokers so next week ill attempt a couple days after reset to enter a group with few or none evokers to see if that somehow affects my luck and makes the daum pebble drop.
To be fair, this is like saying “most shark attacks happen in 3ft of water”. That’s because that’s where most people are swimming.
The vast majority of Sark kills have occurred in ‘normal’ compositions if you will, so anecdotally more of the lego drops will come from those.
Not saying you’re necessarily wrong as we can’t know, but still.
