Hi!! I’m a 205 mistweaver with lots of raid experience and AotC for Uldir from last expansion 
my friends and I (4 ppl total) have tried 2 different guilds and it sounds just like the beginning of your post. We want an actual dedicated guild where we can help and learn together without worrying about it disbanding in a few weeks. We are all 200+ ilvl and I would love to learn more about your guild!
