I Agree entirely with your stance and i think it’s a wholly legitimate complaint about the state of affairs in shadowlands. I don’t think these problems could be fixed without an unreasonable amount of time dedicated to it, but I do wholeheartedly believe that if they had strict, consistent update schedules, people would be far more happy with the state of things. If they don’t like the endgame, they could just leave after reaching the point they’re happy with (just like players do in Path of Exile, for example), and come back when the next big story hits. If they’re completionists then they could plan around getting CE before the next big patch and whatnot. It’s all part of the cycle but it begins with transparency. Blizzard need to get on that
