About us:
We had a short break from October 2021. During our time raiding (since 2008) we have achieved multiple CE’s. We only raid 9 hours a week, in those 9 hours we expect high focus and performance during any pull, pull fast and learn fast. We have fun and joke around outside of the pull to maintain morale.
Our Goal:
Good vibes as a close group who can have a bit of banter together and achieve Cutting Edge in every tier of the expansion on a 3-day schedule, reducing to 2 days for farm.
Currently Recruiting:
All roles and classes.
Raid Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30pm – 10:30pm GMT+8, our raid times do not change regardless of DLS.
What we expect:
- Be on and ready to go 15 minutes before raid time.
- Min/Max yourself, sim yourself, aim to be the best at your class and role.
- Excellent attendance during prog (more relaxed for farm).
- Be aware of your role in all prog fights, and make sure you’re up to date with our strats.
- No drama, no toxic attitudes.
What you can expect:
- No drama, no toxicity tolerated.
- One set of expectations for everyone regarding raid performance, regardless of rank in guild.
- Excellent structure, planning, strats and communication.
- Well executed raid leading.
- Open and honest feedback for all trials and raiders, consistently.
- Full transparency on guild direction, decisions and strats, there is no secrets here.
