There has to be a better way to regulate drops than having it locked to a world rare spare, that spawns once a hour, on certain days, with a 7% drop rate. These neon swords are awesome but holy crap trying to farm them is a complete nightmare. I’m losing my wig mad.
You have 6+ people who are all over leveled for the spawn crowding the area. As soon as it spawns its dead can’t get a hit in. Now I have to wait another hour?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! There is no better way we can do this!!!

There’s a sort tautology that eventually the items people spend the most time chasing will be those with that take the longest time to drop.
They put a tag bubble on Huolon so everyone can get a hit in. I think it lasts 10 seconds.

need to make it how Remix was, have a Buff that has a timer like 60s after that 60s then it can be attackable
it’s supposed to be a rare bonus, not something to farm explicitly.

Hard disagree. That Remix bubble completely stopped you from being able to do a hit and then when ithe timer was done, someone lucky got to one-shot it and no one else got credit.
Prior to Remix, Huolon had a damage reduction bubble for 10 seconds. Any hit actually did hit, but did 1 damage, so that everyone there could hit him in that ten second window and get credit.
same is happening to rare now, its just people need to use faster spam spells each class has a spell that is instant cast,
DK just got to drop DND
Warrios just need to spam spin
Warlocks just need to spam rain of fire
mages just need to spam arcane blast
Priest spam holy nova or think thats the spell name
hunters just need to spam barrage or auto shoot
forgot other class spell names but they all have one to spam that is insant
its also best to join rare groups and if your camping a rare and someone is there join party so if you miss tag your partner can tag it
I do agree rares need changing but there is also other ways to farm rares like WM ON and 99% of the time rares are always up in WM has come in handy a lot for farming OLD rares that spawn and then die instantly do to ILVL and older content.
