(A) Benediction to Sulfuras

I don’t care if people transfer or not. It’s already my favorite server I’ve played on since classic vanilla, the world pvp is so fun.

If people want to come, you’re welcomed, its a blast.

If you dont want to come, idc, better chance I don’t have a queue on wrath release day than.

You should also be telling people to transfer. You might be able to reach 80 before next year that way if queus go down

once the initial hype goes away we know the que will go.

The initial hype that will most likely last at the very least 1/2 months into wrath.

Didnt last that long for the last 2 so doubtful.

Its been almost 2 weeks since prepatch and queues arent getting better and wrath hasnt even launched yet. People have nothing to do now and yet there is still massive queues so imagine when wrath launches and people actually have to lvl, gear, dungeon, raid, achiev farm, mount farm and do all wotlk content.
Queues will get worse and will last longer than previous expansions since wrath is also the most hyped and popular expansion, way more than classic and tbc.

They are getting better.

Two things scare me about Sulfuras.

  1. They merged all those realms into sulfuras, what happens when all those people might come back for wotlk launch.
  2. Most names are taken :frowning:

I very much want to see this server do well and be balanced into Wrath. What an amazing comeback story that would be. I’m really happy that Blizzard opened ally-only transfers from Bene to help with the balance.

Good luck to you all!

Shows how the spikes are getting lower and lower.

We will see how ““low”” they are throught the 2/3 months post launch

Yes but thats with tens of thousands transferring out of bene but the queue has not dropped by a similar amount meaning that if people werent transferring out the queue would be getting larger by the day.

This will continue for the first weeks of wrath (alot of people skip week 1 due to bugs) so your looking at 7-10 weeks of queues before it starts to settle into normalcy which actually might be a state in which their are queues each evening (it all depends on how much more people are playing).

Content is extremely accessible in wrath so raider number will be up, heroic farming gives really good gear for nearly no work so dungeon farming will also be popular. Its actually possible that queues exist in the same sizes they are now until people clear ICC

tens of thousand havent left. LOL. And the que wouldnt get larger if that many left.

I doubt that many have left, from what I can tell people esp server communities that transferred to bene are being stubborn and think they’ll ride out the queues even in early wrath.

Hoping some people come over because we just need a few good men and women to make Sulfuras the next best 50/50 server

14,730 is what you would need of just 70s alone to be 50/50 below 70 its much higher.

nice bait post.

I met this horde guy in hellfire named Zugmeyer. Guy was really awesome. We emoted each other a bunch, and helped each other quest even though we were opposing faction, and then we had epic duels once we had finished our quests communicating via emotes. Logged over to talk to each other afterward. Made some new friends. Added enough people to round out our split run raid team since we got here. Sulf is fun! Looks like lot more alliance showed up since they reopened the transfers.

I’m happy I made the switch from Benediction to Sulfuras. It has been a blast. Myself and many others from a guild on Benediction have been enjoying world pvp. We have been killing so many horde. It’s a great feeling to not have to wait hours to get in and play. You can just log in instantly and start enjoying the game.
