Room for Improvement is seeking dedicated raiders to join our team. We are a group that is always striving to improve our raid performance, and as such we are looking for players that operate with this mindset. Despite our focus on progression and optimal performance, our guild is a friendly and welcoming environment, with many helpful members. Our officer core is here to assist you, and we always listen to our members and their concerns.
Current Class Needs: Fury Warrior, Healer. With this said we are always interested in applications from talented and well geared players of all classes.

- Raid times Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 PST
- Very fair nine-member loot council system with wide representation throughout the guild.
- Potion Market on Discord where guild alchemists provide you requested raid consumables at cheaper than AH prices
- Vibrant and active community—despite the fact our guild is small, and does NOT field multiple raid teams, we are very active, and most non raid nights there are 20+ members online.

Server Information: Azuresong is a smaller PvE server, which offers many advantages including
- Cheaper raid mats than larger servers
- Farming locations that are not always crowded with people
- Easier PvP grind
