Room for Improvement is seeking dedicated raiders to join our team. We are a group that is always striving to improve our raid performance, and as such we are looking for players that operate with this mindset. Despite our focus on progression and optimal performance, our guild is a friendly and welcoming environment, with many helpful members. Our officer core is here to assist you, and we always listen to our members and their concerns.
All of our raids are logged, so I strongly suggest looking us up if you want a feel for how quickly and effectively we complete content! We recently achieved server first on every boss in AQ40 excluding Bug Trio and Huhu (whom we decided to skip to focus on Twins and C’thun). We even two shot Twins and three shot Visc - fights that has been giving many guilds quite a bit of issue!
Current Class Needs: 2 Holy Pallies, 1 Warlock willing to tank on Twins, and any experienced DPS, particularly melee! We are always interested in applications from talented players of all classes.

Server Information: Azuresong is a smaller PvE server, which offers many advantages including
- Cheaper Raid Mats than larger servers
- Farming Locations that are not always crowded with people
- Easier PvP grind
