Hello! Im so glad you found this post. ChaosTheory Team 2 is in need of DPS to fill our roster for the rest of the patch going into 9.1. We raid Friday and Saturday 8pm EST -11

Who we are
We are ChaosTheory. Consisting of 2 raid teams progressing in mythic. Our team one stands at 8/10M. Team 2 is currently 6/10M. Our guild also consist of High mythic+ players.
What we expect
+Attendance: Real life comes first this is a video game, but notice should be given if you will not be able to make raid so that we are able to plan accordingly. 2 no call no shows outside of an emergency will result in you being benched.
+Raid Conduct: I Will call people out for messing up mechanics, its not to be mean its so I know you aware of what went wrong and how to fix it and it will hopefully let everyone else know how to do whatever mechanic is that killed you. Its not to be mean
+Listen: If a strat is put out that is the strat we will use. IF you feel that is can be done an easier way PM me so it does not cause a 10 min discussion and end up taking time away from time we could be pulling. If the strat is posted in discord and we are not in raid on the boss, yes feel free to throw in suggestions. The goal is to agree on a strat before hand so we are not changing things every 3 pulls and causing people to relearn the fight.
+Mythic plus: 1 +14 will be required a week. (at the beginning of the tier it will more then likely be around a 10 this will depend on the scaling going into the new patch) If you miss a week here and there its no big deal, but repeatedly missing it can result in a bench
+Add ons: We will require DBM or equivalent, Weakauras, and Exorus raid tools
+Item Level: We will be putting out benchmark item levels for raid for normal, heroic and mythic. This will be so everyone is going to raid around the same level. It will not be some crazy high number.

We operate in a friendly, relaxed, and professional raid environment. We do not tolerate any toxic behavior. We will not tolerate any form of hate speech, sexism, harassment, bigotry, in-fighting, gossip, or any other form of toxic behavior.
