Howdy!

I’m looking for a guild that aims to get AOTC each raid tier with the possibility of downing a few Mythic bosses.

Starting in a few weeks, Tuesday and Thursday evenings will be off-limits for me due to my schedule teaching night classes on those days. All the other days should be fine, but I’m really only looking to raid twice a week for around 3 hours each time. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays would probably work best, but I’d also consider a weekend as well.

My main is a Resto Druid, but I also enjoy playing as Boomkin. Ideally, I’d like to fill a healer spot as part of a core group, but I’d also be open to going as a ranged DPS as well.

I’d also like to stay Alliance but would consider Horde again if the fit is right. Let me know if you’re interested! :slight_smile:

<Estratovus> is an Alliance guild on Sargeras (US) that runs in a more semi-hardcore/casual environment with a focus on obtaining AOTC every tier. Even though we play on the more “casual” basis we do play to succeed and our goal is to push relevant content as it becomes available.

Hello :slight_smile: my guild may be a good fit depending on times!

<Still Standing> was created (formed 11/19/18) under the idea of three friends all wanting to raid together and do things in the same guild and server. We three moved from Sargeras and Aerie Peak to Emerald Dream feeling it would be a good fit of a server for us as we could play both Alliance and Horde if we wished, staying mainly Alliance, but we found a problem. We were having a very hard time finding a guild that raided at our times, or they didn’t have any recruitment information on like Wowprogress. After about a week or so of looking the three of us decided to try and make our own guild in hope of all being able to raid and play together while also finding more friends and making a community. The name was chosen due to a amazing tale from back in the Emerald Nightmare raid myself and Vel, our healing lead, had in an old guild in which I tanked Elerethe Renferal alone. Vel kept taking the fall for the link mechanics and getting rebirthed, allowing me to solo tank to our first Heroic kill. It is one of our fondest memories. Making those memories is what we found this guild on.

Okay but what kind of guild is this?
We plan to primarily be a raiding guild, pushing as far as we can into mythic content once we have the roster but always getting AOTC. We don’t over care about CE nor do we want to burn out our raider by only farming heroic. Community and friendship is what the guild was founded on and that is how it will stay. M+ teams, and PVP events are things we would like to look at in the future if people are interested in. We plan to raid at 9:30 CST to 12:30 CST on Tues/Wed with a optional farm raid on Sat!

If you want to push into mythic is there a performance and attendance policy?
Attendance, yes, there will be one no matter what level of content we are doing. We would like people to be able to make a majority of raids but we understand work, school, kids all are things more important than a game. We had planned raid times around my own work schedule as well as Chopstx, Co-GM, schedule since he does have a young son. That being said we would like to try and keep around 85% attendance, minus if we are informed beforehand as we understand things happen. This is more for the core raiders on progression nights.
Performance policy will become a thing we look at once we push into mythic. We do not plan to bench people if we can avoid it, as it doesn’t fit our ideas. We do want to keep people at least in the “blue” for prases. We want to push ourselves but also don’t want to burn out cause we are stuck on a boss. If we do notice someone who is struggling we plan to take a week with one of the officers and see if we can help figure out where the problems are and help them out.

What else is planned other then raiding?
Once we get enough people in the guild we would like to start doing M+ nights. We don’t require anyone to finish a key during the week but advice one is at least done. Depending on the people we may split people into teams. Say two tanks, 2 healers, and 6 dps show up then it’s easy, split into 2 teams, but if say 7 dps show up then we would make sure someone would swap so that person could get a key. RBG and PVP is another area we would like to do as a fun thing. It all depends on interests and would be for fun. If a few people are interested then they could grind rank in Arenas or if enough people would like to then we could make an official RBG team not on a raid night.

Raid Schedule
[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst for farm bosses.
[Mythic] Sat/Sun main mythic progression days 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic uldir for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. About Us:

We are an old guild formed in TBC. We are looking to increase our raid roster for Battle for Azeroth with like minded players whom’s goals match ours. We are currently 8/8 Heroic.

  • Mythic+
