Something always have existing is a terrible reason to not change it. It’s 2021, not 2004. We need to modernize.

Normal and heroic gear is useless. The difference in dps, hps and survivability in +23 keys makes a big difference with the gear from mythic raiding. Being behind people in gear and holding groups back in that high of a key because of the amount of guidls imploding is one of the biggest reasons for burnout and playerbase loss in the m+ community.

This isn’t MoP or legion. The playerbase is less than 50% of what it was then. Much lower. Give us 10 man or give us no raid, ffs.

honestly, mythic has destroyed all guilds and pugging altogether, i go to LFR raids to go for the mount, and i get removed because i’m not doing 20+ mythic damage, mythics has ruined the community as a whole, mythics needs to go back to legion style mythics, i don’t run mythics, and i get crapped on for not having mythic gear being accused of not trying to do damage

I doubt it will be this. That will just be shards of domination all over again basically.

Would the distinction between plate and mail really matter? If it is class agnostic it would likely have to be some generic +damage modifier ultimately that won’t alter gameplay.

No tier sets at all. If anything, that would force myself and the rest of us that have been victim to the constant amount of guilds falling apart to quit. I’m not doing the whole guild application thing for them to fall apart anymore. It’s happened 8 times since BFA and I’m done. Raiding is bad in its current state. It needs to be reduced in size if they continue to want to force us to have raid-specific acquired player power.

I seriously wouldnt have a choice but to quit if they do that. Im just not raiding anymore. and if they do that - it will be mandatory for high keys, which are the only interesting content this game has had for a long while

Expectations beyond low at this point. It’s clear we need new writers and a new direction from what worked. I’d really love them to try retcon the mess they made with shadowlands and wow as a whole since WoD. Way too many space stuff that convoluded how cool WoW was with just Azeroth and a few planets.

That and the level of absurd changes they made to appease an audience that never asked for those changes to be made in the first place. I’m afraid there’s way too many SJW’s inside blizz that will damage everything regardless of good people in there trying to do their best to make WoW special again.

The more I keep working irl the less interesting WoW gets. WoW dried out quicker than ardenweald in a matter of months with such a terribly made expansion almost from the get go. I hope we get a legion expansion again. It really looked and felt like WoW was back when Legion was made.

New zone will require a mythic raid clear to use their portal.

I thought you said it was by armor class.

So how are you going to distinguish the same set bonus for Paladin, DK, Warrior for example?

So if it is by armor type, it is basically just SoD again. If it truly is by class, then yeah you are right, we are back to original tier and there is no comparison.
