Otter and Rat Soul have been found and added to OP.
I would not suggest people actively try to get the Rat Soul unless Blizzard fixes it. It requires 2 lockboxes that have a less than 1% drop rate from everything in the Maw, and I’ve never seen it despite being in the maw daily since 9.1 dropped.
There are no mobs that can be pickpocketed in the Maw either.
Now we’re down to Rabbit Soul.

I just fished up the Frog Soul in Bastion while waiting for the Otter Soul to spawn. So this could possibly mean that it can be fished up in any body of water in any Shadowlands zone, not just Ardenweald

Details added to the first post. Unfortunately, you will need another Spectral Feed for this, and it still has a long respawn time with limited interactions -.-;.
My character can now be the chonky fluffy kitty princess she was always meant to be. (The wings are not part of the soulshape, it’s a new toy that comes from Ardenweald Callings in 9.1.5 lol)

Also, there are unconfirmed reports of the Rabbit Soul being rewarded from a Pet Battle WQ in Ardenweald.
If anyone gets it from a Pet Battle WQ, feel free to let us know.
Is saurolisk or Saurid the raptor?
Saurolisk are the Kul Tiras lizards, Saurids are the Jani-type Zandalar Raptors.
The Bunny Soul has been found!
Unfortunately, it is RNG Dependent.

The Bunny Soul is a random world quest reward for the Pet Battle in Ardenweald. (It’s possible it’s in other zones too, but only Ardenweald confirmed so far)
You do -not- have to be Night Fae when the world quest spawns. If you switch to Night Fae after it spawns, the Bunny Soul will still be available.
It’s unknown if the Bunny Soul will be available today for NA, as World Quest rewards usually differ between regions.

Boar Soul has been confirmed as a random drop in Bloodmaul Slag Mines Timewalking.
No other dungeons in WoD TWing have confirmed drops of it, let me know if you get one.
As such, I’ve updated the OP with my suspected dungeons that will drop each soul.
As the remaining Soulshapes most likely come from Timewalking, I will not update this post anymore, instead feel free to keep an eye on the wowhead comment I update, or the wowhead guide someone made.

These aren’t PVP friendly, sadly. You will be reverted back to your last “normal” soulshape in a non “rest area”.

What does Soulshape do?
Owl - Should come from Awool (interactive owl spirit). He says he needs to rest before he can fight for Arden again. Im sure you have to find some kind of “healing” item. Kind of like the feed item found in Vynth for fat cat and chicken.
I know I said no more updates, but it appears the Boar Soul has been hotfixed to drop from more than just Bloodmaul Slag Mines. As such we can assume the others are now just a generic drop from their respective week.

The Turkey Soul has been found! This sneaky little bugger was never datamined until yesterday when it popped up on the servers, so we didn’t know it existed.

Sit at the table and get the Spirit of Sharing Buff by eating all 5 foods. Every time you eat more food then leave the chair while you have the buff, you have a chance to receive the Soul.
