Like you can’t understand the basic concept of them doing maintenance during their normal work hours , which happen to coincide with the hours that most people in NA their largest player base are either at work or in school .
THose of us not at work today or in school are the minority so we can wait like adults like we should or act like a child not getting our way like the example you seem to be setting .
Don’t you think most North Americans who play WoW and are gainfully employed would probably be working during those prime business hours?
Not even that 3 am EST is 9pm in the populated parts of OCE, right at prime time.
To be Devil’s Advocate we would be asleep which is slightly less inconvenient. There are a lot of no jobbers that play this game.
You ain’t missing nothing, it will be there when you get home. Besides no new content, will be same game you played yesterday with a few changes, most I’m sure won’t notice or affect you.
So basically the 7am PST time would be when most OCE players are asleep and most NA players are at work or school . So right now would be when the fewest people are on.
Yup, I’m sure they’ve looked at the numbers and found 7am to be the best time for the overall NA/OCE pop to do these things.
Yea yea cry some more… If maintenance happened at midnight I wouldn’t be able to play when I’m not working either. Someone gets inconvenienced no matter what time it occurs.
At least when you’re not working stores and such are open. Some of us can’t even order something from a restaurant or get to a grocery store before it closes (thanks corona)
This is literally standard for like all patch days. This has been happening for years. It used to be worse. Stop acting like the world is ending.

I agree and I was trying to point out to the person that for the most part for NA 3am EST to around 6pm MST is when the game is at it’s slowest . Just because some people have weird days off or work 9-5 doesn’t mean we are the majority of players.
Plus he does come off with the east coast the world revolves around me attitude .

I’m MST all year round so I am 1 hour ahead part of the year and same time as Blizz thge other part .
So no biggie for me . Sucks that maint. is on my day off but I’ve gotten used to it after 15 years.
Don’t you know the US is divided into 3 zones. The east coast, the west coast and the fly over states.
