Who Are We?
Predictive Gaming is gearing up for Shadowlands, and currently looking for core raiders and people interested in rated battlegrounds! We are a mix of newer players and OG Vets. Predictive Gaming was first formed to be a place where people could come together and have an inclusive environment to game and meet friends. We strive to maintain that inclusive, laid-back vibe, but at the same time focused on our ultimate goal; winning and developing as players and people.

We are a guild on Sargeras that has an active community, both in game, and on Discord. We are active during off raid nights with mythic+ and other in game content. We are a 2 night, 6 hours a week, raiding guild with intentions of achieving Cutting Edge. We have built a solid core and are looking for a few more raiders to add to our community and roster. Raid Schedule:(Invites are sent out 10 minutes prior)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7:30-10:30pm CST

Requirements:

• Mythic+ requirement TBA.

• Have DBM/Bigwigs, Exorsus Raid Tools, RCLootCouncil, and WeakAuras.

• Be on time for raid invites with consumables which inculde pots, food, flasks, and runes.

• Knowing your class. Keep up to date on the latest and greatest talents, and gem/enchant combinations to perform as well as possible on each fight.

• Research each fight for your specific role/class.

• Sign up to raids on the in-game calendar.

Attendance: We are looking for competent and reliable raiders that can maintain at least a 90% attendance rate. We are all adults with lives outside the game so we do understand that things happen. Our policy on missing raids is to notify an officer at least 24 hours before raid, unless an emergency occurs.

PROGRESSION:

We are 10/10 Normal and 9/10 Heroic at the moment. We will be pushing into mythic raiding at a semi-hardcore pace. We want CE by the tiers end.

Our core raid team will be pushing progression at a steady pace, but without you having to kill your schedule. We have dependable, talented core players that will help us get through the content and put it on farm mode. We will be doing normal, heroic, and mythic tier raiding.

About Us:

Nxess is recruiting for our mythic progression. Our primary goal is to achieve CE as soon as possible with as few raid hours as possible. We also strive to maintain a positive and enjoyable environment in our raids, so that members are excited to come online and work together. We hold each raider fully accountable for their performance, we expect our raiders to come fully prepared to each boss, having researched his/her role thoroughly. With that being said, we also understand this is a game and should be fun. Therefore we will not give up the fun and easy going atmosphere that we maintain for the sake of progression. Our founding members are comprised of long-time hardcore raiders since Vanilla. Our officer core has extensive US top experience as officers/GMs. Our players are mature, driven, competitive, and always looking to improve themselves and their fellow raiders.

What we expect from our trials:

We expect raiders to come into each raid night with a positive attitude. This means being willing to make adjustments to help the raid and understanding that not every raid night ends with the boss dying.

We expect raiders to know their class/spec well and come fully prepared each night. This means knowing the mechanics on new boss fights and having the consumables required to optimize performance.

We expect no drama to come from loot council decisions.

We expect raiders to be able to make most raid nights. We do understand that real life comes first, and are flexible when it comes to raiders needing to miss a night or be late, provided they let us know beforehand. As a result, we make sure to have a few bench spots to ensure we always have 20 to run mythic.

We expect raiders to be willing to sit on the bench as the encounters vary.

What to Expect from Us:

We provide a stable environment for our raiders to constantly improve as players and teammates. During progression we use our time efficiently, maintain focus, and exercise discipline; however, while on farm the atmosphere is more relaxed. Our time is precious and we know yours is as well; efficiency is our ultimate goal. We actively endeavor to maintain a mature, drama-free environment.

We lost one of our healers to a new job so we have a core spot for you, not some bench or rebuilding spot. We’re currently 9/10H just like you and we also have the goal of CE this tier. We went 11/12M last tier and only missed it because we started really late.

Our schedule is 10pm-1am EST so hopefully that’s not too late in the evening for you, but we only raid 2 nights a week, just Tuesday and Wednesday. We also like pushing keys and doing arena so you’d have people to join you here!
