Really? Lemme see.
Yo that horse looks dope. Hope it’s hard to get.

Very well said snd spot on.
You can use Seraph Tenders food to mitigate the fire damage somewhat on floors 1 and 2. It’s something like 1000 health regen every 5 seconds.
Soulforge debuff is not present in Torghast 2.0 so kind of a moot point.
This is clearly a skill issue.
Torg is pretty horrid, it felt like a stupid thing in beta, still feels now, will feel like that when the xpac end.
The current moto of this team isn`t to make interesting cool things, but obnoxious and annoying so we lose our time doing them.
For instance the anima and covenant garbage, terrible idea to lock us into them, instead of making a player friendly system to choose which covenant we want to help first, then keep moving between them as we please, they delivered this garbage we have now, imagine if you could just direct anima to whatever you wanted and focused on learning the story of each covenant as you saw fit, no powers attached?
I want to check other covenants, but ill just wait for 9.3 where anima gains will be massive and i won`t have to grind that sht, like pmuch anything in wow that is super hard beggining of xpac, then a joke on later patches.
Whoever is in charge of these systems should be fired, but since its most likely a suit manager from activision whos running the show, don`t expect WoW to get any better.
All affix should be positive, with flat buffs to mob health/damage to offset.
I’d like to see runs have a single mega affix that you build the run around. Here are 3 suggestions:
Windwalker combo strikes but for every class and buffed to the moon “Abilities that are not a repeat do +100% damage”
Permanent sweeping strikes “Single target abilities hit two nearby targets and do +100% damage”
How about a mega AoE funnel affix "Single target abilities buff your next (earthquake, blizzard, whirlwind, etc.) By +100% stacking up to +5000%.
Affix likes these would be super fun, and create huge variety in builds/play.
I might be actually calling it quits if this is really the case. Kinda upsetting tbh.
Yea based on what I’m seeing I’m confused as to why these are the changes they are making.
I honestly like this idea tho, I love M+
I heard it has a timer now or something? Can someone clarify this? I really, really hate the timer in Palace of the Dead/Heaven on High in FFXIV, and the lack of a timer was something I really liked about Torghast.
I guess is a good thing I play a tank that have too self heal or can heal myself?
I feel like these changes is to force player to do the in groups instead of solo
If these new Torments go through I am going to seriously debate whether I will even set foot in there long enough to upgrade my main’s BiS lego let alone do it every week. No way I am doing Visions 2.0 on steroids. If they can’t learn from their mistakes that doesn’t mean I won’t. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice… well it’s not gonna happen.
P.S. Unless the final boss in each layer is always an effigy of either Bobby Kotick or Ion Hazzikostas. Then I’d farm Choregast all day long, idc how many torments they throw my way. I’d be worth it.
Were you expecting to be able to upgrade legendaries further with soul ash?
I think like most other people they got confused by the article on Wowhead which posited that the new mats which were datamined will be used to upgrade the legendaries further but that turned out to be false.
As we now know those will be used to craft the higher ilvl base item and this new soul ash will be used to upgrade them. It was a well intended educated guess on their part but it confused a lot of folks. One of the pitfalls of datamining.
Still though, it’s a needless complication of the process, just like these changes to Torghast itself. Instead of making new content they’re simply making the old one more grindy and annoying…
Actually, you have a spec and talent that completely trivializes the forges.
L2P issue indeed…
We don’t know how exactly it works, but there is a score streak, and it decays over time.
They are just adding back what already received massive backlash from beta, and now just trying to pawn it off again because they are creatively bankrupt on what to do with the place.
Played it on the PTR
Played it on BETA
GTFO with this mess of a system.
but wow has never been sold as a “rogue-like”. i would buy a rogue-like if that’s what i wanted to play.
Are you sure this isn’t some sort of PTR/Beta test thing where it’s not finished yet?
