Not meeting the timer is failing the key. You can value completing a failed key, many of us do, but that doesn’t mean the key wasn’t failed.
There is no leaver problem. The game does, however, have a massive problem with some people who have unreasonable expectations for the amount of control they should have over other players’ game time.

I asked you 3 times to address two simple statements, but it looks like you forgot to come back after getting called out on your behavior. If you still for some reason believe there is a leaver problem, go back and address those 2 statements.
Liana is wrong because he/she is wrong, not because his/her IO or experience is low. That inexperience probably contributes to his/her being wrong, and can be pointed out when explaining where he/she makes errors.
But saying someone has no business talking about M+ because of their experience is also wrong. If you want to argue otherwise I’ll be happy to correct you, but you will still end up being wrong.
Address the (many) wrong things Liana is saying, not his/her experience, or lack thereof.
