…how old is Wrathion nowadays?

Chronologically he’s 5. Dragons apparently mature super fast as teenage Wrathion in MoP was 2.

Iirc they’re born smarter than most adult humans.

Inside the egg doing math homework

I think Wrathion is a special case since his egg was also made/purified using the reformed matter of a second egg and a dead whelp. So who knows how much that counts for.

I’ve got a theory that Wrathion is actually closer to 40 now since he got ‘stuck’ in Draenor after we left and the Dark Portal was shut down, and to get him ‘back’ because they either could see without Wrathion things would go sideways, or because a Infinite Flight collaborator within the Bronze Flight was following an agenda, that is the only reason we got the Mag’har from Draenor instead of Outland, because they needed us to open the way to let Wrathion back into the main timeline.

It explains why his Draconic form is suddenly that of a Drake instead of a Whelp. It also explains why the Bronze Dragonflight would help Sylvanas’s Horde in any way, shape or form during a war where we’ve set fire to the homeland of their oldest allies under the command of a being that the entirety of Azeroth, even most of the Horde, has been side-eyeing nervously for the past decade or more.

It could also be the Bronze Flight’s way of trying to alert the only faction on the planet that would fight against the Army of Light that maybe the Alliance’s new allies were not entirely kosher, and that they might have taken Azeroth’s champions turning their ‘God’ into glorified pixie-dust a little more personally than we first anticipated …

On Velf Sef, I got a real cool pair of boots that had 60 corruption. If I put all her corrupted gear on, she’s over 80 corruption and the void effect is red and stuff.

The radius of the eyeball thing is absurdly large with that much corruption.

Anyhow, Corrupted gear still feels a bit out of place in the game. I like it to a degree, though there are things I’d change I guess, but it’s almost a peek at what a better, more intricate sort of WoW would look like.

I really love how I’ve died more in horrific visions because the sanity meter is perfectly placed to obscure my health bar than because of any actual difficulty. Unless I’ve completely maxed out my camera distance or have it glued to my character’s shoulder Gears of War-style, of course.

How is it 2020 and you STILL need to completely customize your UI to make it even baseline functional?

It’s also crazy that both sides of the corrupted gear are enabled in pvp. Nothing like that eyeball popping up right before you’re CC’d.

Gentarn, also known as the person who can, in three short paragraphs, answer questionable content concepts that Blizzard is unwilling to expound upon for reasons including, but not limited to: it would take too much effort, it would take too long to explain, we’re not sure the audience would get it, we don’t want to distract the writing team away from their work.

I just got a corrupted piece that raised my DPS by a huge margin. It’s nice, but it feels like I won a lottery. But then again, that’s the nature of gearing in BFA.

Trip report: I have gotten my fifth alt through the 8.3 intro, and I have no words to describe how much I hate the layout of these portals.

oh no! That’s what words do!

That is dedication. I got my Velf Sef through over the course of a few nights and started my Druid just because I think I’ll partake in how broken bears are in pvp.

It’s so much… I have over two dozen other alts that I don’t think I can sink the time into. I really wish they just did a “I’ve heard this,” and you get the cloak + zones unlocked (then go do the assaults and mogu quests for the gear).

If you don’t do the intro, when you go to pandaria for the new world boss it’s the old version of the Vale :weary:

It is absolutely maddening. I wasn’t going to bother at first, but then I figured out that you have a decent chance of getting 2000 gold with each N’Zoth invasion cache that you get as a reward (or maybe just the “major” one, I’m not entirely sure), and they are super quick to blitz through once you’ve gotten them unlocked.

but I keep having to jump through like three portals just to go talk to someone and then immediately run somewhere else. All of the steps are just annoying enough to get on my nerves, like the fact that going from the Chamber of the Heart in Silithus to Uldum, I have to exit the chamber, go to the Zuldazar portal, go through the Orgrimmar portal, and then fly across the entire city to the Cataclysm portals.

That’s not even getting into the Wrathion scenario, which is unskippable for some reason and prompts you to go through the Twilight Highlands portal just to fly across like three full zones to get there.

A madman designed this.

8.3.5 is actually just the next smash bros announcement

Captain Falcon lands the people’s knee on N’zoth and Falcon Punches Sylvanas, and it just cuts to Thrall breaking the glass around Doomhammer “Break glass if time to Smash”. He chucks it at Falcon and then Mario does the funny forward aerial and spikes him into the new stage

Wait a minute.

After all this, did Talanji and Rokhan not hook up?
