I felt similarly. So I picked what I wanted to pursue most and started from there. The other stuff more/less fell into place along the way.

Same here. I Recruit A friended myself awhile back, because I really wanted the Camel, and airplane mounts. My main account time expires in one month, so I will just keep the second one active for the mounts, and the explorers mog set, and just level characters on that account until I get the RAF bonuses. Not Bothering with all that annoying corruption juggling nonsense once I get the characters on the alt account to 120.
I don’t have the cloak on any of my 120’s on my main account lol. Just not interested. Just a rehash of the mop cloak without as much level grinding it. They go from one extreme to the next constantly nowadays. Hopefully they will go back to the gear just being gear mentality someday without all the stupid gimmicky crap attached to it. Some folks like that kind of annoying crap, and that’s fine, if they do, but there are a lot of us that don’t care for their headache causing corruption type of systems. I play the game just to kick back, and relax. If they believe new players would be excited to have to google websites over, and over to try, and just figure out what they can use, and cant use without wondering, if the stuff they equip will attack them, then these devs are in for another rude awakening lol.
