Hello strong-willed forum peruser,

I am looking for a team who raids 3-4 days a week and is preferably 9/9M.
Times: M-F 6PM-11PM CST (7-12 EST, 4-9 PST), can be a little flexible.

I was GM/Co-Raid Lead in my previous guild. We ceased to raid due to our raid leader getting burnt out along with a few others. I have had a fair amount of leadership positions, but I seek to contribute to my new home as a raider to the best of my ability. I genuinely believe I can and will improve my DPS and mechanics in a raider role compared to my previous GM / Co- Raid Lead role.

I main Lock, have Rogue and Paladin alts at the moment. I can multi-class, an example is for my guilds Uldir prog. on Vectis I tanked as Prot Pal. On Zul prog I played my rogue. It was a lot of fun.

As a person I am considerate, thoughtful, analytical, efficient, innovative, honest, patient, laid back and real/realistic. All of these translate into me as a player. In addition to all of that, as a raider, I am a team player. For my own play- I work to think of various scenarios on how to deal with each potential mechanic ahead of time and during the encounter. This way not only am I prepared ahead of time, but also prepared to make an audible in a safe and efficient manner- all while working in to maximize and maintain my DPS. The mechanic aspect also includes me doing my best not to hinder others with any mechanics that have may have the potential to do so. I enjoy theory crafting and helping people. I am open to constructive criticism and take feedback well.

High keys, PvP, and games on Steam are what I enjoy outside of raid. Each week I do 2’s and 3’s for fun and for the weekly Cache AP/Gear chance. Experience is 2600 on HPal, 2400 on Spriest/Feral/Lock, 2300 on Rogue.

Tier 17/18: Main = Spriest. Raider 7/7M, Raider 3/3M, Raid Lead 10/10M, Raid Lead12/13M. I stepped away from the game immediately after Avatar due to personal reasons.

Lock Logs: Wed/Thurs during Jaina prog I was lagging and DC’ing. That is why you may see a gap and inconsistencies on those days. This weekend I had my ISP come out (twice) and replace everything. l’ll keep this short and sweet: Dawn of the Dead | Zul’Jin [H] has openings for skilled and reliable players for an immediate core spot on our progression raid team and after reading your post I think you would be a good fit for us!

We are a very friendly, experienced, active progression raiding guild. We are currently 8/9M in BoD, 2/2H Crusible and were 8/8M CE in Uldir. Our environment is one that is focused on getting raid content down swiftly while still having fun. We’re not a bleeding edge progression guild, but we’re not super casual either.

Most of our members are out of school and have jobs, so we offer a more mature, stable, balanced environment.    Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. Elevenfold [A] Stormrage

We are a 3 day per week progression orientated mythic raiding guild. Currently 8/9M BOD (Jaina 21% best pull) and 8/8 CE uldir and seeking exceptional dps ,1 healer (pref resto shaman, priest, paladin).

Raid times: Tues/Wed/Sun - 7:30-11:00pm EST

Our goal is to push CE as quickly as we can on a reasonable raid schedule. Outside of mythic progression, we are active in other activities such as mythic key pushing, assaults, rbgs, etc. We run a lean raid roster and do not recruit for the bench, all needs are for core raid positions.

Recruitment Needs for Mythic: (Transfer Required) 1 tank (no DH/bear/prot pal) , 1 priest or shaman, 1 ranged dps. 1 dps with strong tank off spec, prefer ww/bm. Potentially 1 stud melee player. We also recruit normal and heroic only raiders for our normal and heroic raids. We have many awesome less hardcore players that join us for heroic and normal to learn from our mythic raiders. This is a very active and growing guild. Our raiders do not just log on to raid and than disappear.

Guild Goals: To full clear mythic BoD in a timely competitive fashion (US 250 Minimum) [COMPLETED; cut our US ranking in HALF] and all future mythic raid tiers going forward in a quick and competitive manner. We set our goals and then we do what it takes to meet them. We do meet our goals. Period. We started antorus 6 months late and burned our way through cutting edge Antorus. This IS a cutting edge raiding guild with structure and organization.

[Mythic] Thursday 8:30pm-10:30pm cst
[Mythic] Sat/Sun 3:30-7:30 pm central.
[Heroic] Tuesday is our heroic night for our mythic raiders/sales run 8:30 central to 11:00pm. This run is optional but highly recommended for gear sharing.
[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. Our raiders are competitive players always striving to better themselves. Flasks and feasts and vantus runes are provided for all progression raiding. <Really Bad Players> is a longstanding adult guild on Blackrock seeking competitive players as we continue our progression through Battle of Dazar’alor.

Our roster is comprised of raiders who seek cutting-edge progression while divorcing from a four-night raiding schedule. As a two-night guild, we will never add another mandatory raid night, but we require exceptional (90% or better) attendance from our raiders.
