<CRY MOAR> is a mythic raiding guild on US-Blackhand (PVE-CST). We are a progression oriented guild that focuses on clearing content efficiently on a limited raid schedule before content nerfs or the next tier.

Recruiting:

Ranged DPS - Prefer a Balance Druid, Spriest, Warlock, Ele, or Mage but any exceptional players should apply.

About Us:
We only raid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7-10pm CST. We never add days to our raid schedule.

We do not do split raids or require raiders to maintain any alts.

With the changes to Personal Loot, if the item is able to be traded and the person who got the item would not benefit from it greatly, we will have an open discussion about who it should be traded to best benefit the raid group as a whole. If you want a more detailed explanation of this process we would be glad to expand on it over Discord.

Expectations
Attendance. We expect near 100% attendance from all of our raiders. If you cannot make it to raid on time, or will miss raid altogether, we expect raiders to post out on the forums so that we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Preparation. We always post guides, breakdowns, strategies, etc. for every boss on Discord before we get to it. We expect all raiders to show up to a new fight with an understanding of the mechanics and will distribute responsibilities for more micro responsibilities based on our raid comp and player capabilities.

Performance. We expect all of our raiders to perform at a high level and maximize their output. You are responsible for your own performance.

We are not looking for
Players who only log on to raid. While we do raid on a limited 9 hour schedule we still expect raiders to do whatever they need to do outside of raid to maintain their characters and maximize their output. Right now that will mean staying on top of their Heart of Azeroth progression, and maximizing their loot rewards outside of raid by completing an M+10 every week.

Players with negative attitudes. We are a pretty lighthearted guild, we joke around a lot, but when we are on a new boss or working on progression we expect raiders to be able to focus and take things seriously. We do not tolerate ragers or personal attacks, but if you can’t handle a joke, are unable to take criticism for under performance, or are easily offended, please do not apply.

If you find yourself adapting to mechanics faster than the rest of your raid group or are always finding yourself at the top of the damage meters and never dying, then this is a great opportunity to step it up a notch.

A friend compared our guild to his previous guild as such: “Guild X was a guild primarily focused on climbing ranks at any cost, Resonate is a community of friends who are just good at the game.” and I honestly feel like that is the most accurate summation of the guild I’ve ever heard.

Our players enjoy being able to raid at a top level, while also being able to enjoy time away from raiding. Unlike many of our competitors, we really do raid our advertised raid schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 7:00 - 11:00 EST. There are no cleanup raids and we do not stay past our bedtime. If we have too many post outs or a raid day lands on a holiday; we will try to reschedule the raid day during progression to keep the 3 day raid schedule if the guild can accommodate.

We’ve all been in situations where we raid 5+ nights a week, and most of us just can’t accommodate that schedule or style of life anymore. As such, this guild was created to serve our need to play hard on a short schedule. We do not have mandatory alts, we do not do split runs and we firmly believe raiding should be fun, not a chore.

What: What does it mean to be semi casual? We expect our raiders to come prepared, know their classes, and not consistently wipe the raid with easy boss mechanics.
When: Friday & Saturday @ 10pm EST to 2am
Where: Horde and high pop Zul’Jin server
Why: Why us? The guild started as a group of military friends just trying to down bosses. We evolved to be AOTC oriented. Now we have evolved to doing our best in mythic Can you help us eventually achieve CE? Despite our military roots we are somewhat of a PC culture guild. We do not view that as a bad thing. Most of us are pushing 30 (or more) with families. Being an edgelord is not something that impresses us. We do not tolerate sexism-racism-hom/transphobia. We just want to have fun downing bosses together. While we are mature and friendly, we are progress oriented so strong play is required.

Any potential trials must have logs from BoD, be ilvl 410+, and atleast 6/9M. Though we have specific needs any exceptional player(with proof from logs) will be considered.

Revive is currently seeking players to round out our roster in Battle for Azeroth. We are a semi hardcore guild located on the US server Stormreaver . We hold great value in each and every one of our players, even those that do not raid. Many of our team call our guild home, that is the type of player that we are looking for. We want players who wish to develop friendships, while killing bosses at a decent pace. We do not recruit for the bench, all roster spots are earned, everyone is expected to play their class to it’s potential or above.

About Our Guild

Phase Three is Free, at its core, is a group of friends who have been raiding and playing other games together for almost 10 years now. The entire group, as it is now, came together under the name Rest in Pieces during WotLK, and maintained nearly every realm first kill on the Quel’dorei server throughout the Cataclysm expansion. Requirements
Applicants must…
-Be in control of their own schedule.
-Willing to take criticism or advice, and admit it when you are wrong/mess up.
-Have 90%+ Raid Attendance
-Be prepared to compete for their spot. A spot in raid is dependent on performance. You need to act like you want to raid.
-Have a very in-depth knowledge of your class. If someone else in the raid can tell you something about your class you didn’t already know, there is a serious problem.
-Theorycraft and research not only your class, but encounters and make sure that you are playing as optimally as possible.
-Have great situational awareness and be able to adapt to random situations.
-Perform near 90th percentile on World of Logs. Everyone in this guild has ranked at one time or another, and asking for 90th percentile really isn’t much. Obviously, we don’t ask this every boss you ever do ever, but in general, it is where you should be.

Also…
-We do not care if this is not your main guild. We’re currently more concerned with having competitive players with a good mindset for progression. HOWEVER This means that you can play your alt at a competitive level.
