Vanilla wow had 8 million subs.
So i think they already know how to make it work.

Was it that high going into BC? I know vanilla expanded FAST. Way faster than the developers expected. As I said though there must have been hundreds of servers to support 8 million subscribers. How small do people think classic will be that it only needs a dozen tops?

Yes it had 8 million going into B.C…

1. i dont expect 8 million.
2. i think we get more then a dozen servers. Demo had 20 after all

And even those 20 servers for the demo had noticeable sharding.
