what are yalls thoughts reguarding what is going to be strong in 8.1. only have my rogue atm and want to level one of my other classes but knowing blizzard if i pick something its going to be nerfed into the ground. so just wanted some feedback thanks guys

i litterally cant find any ele changes except lasso. whats happening? was 2k ele in wod would love to bring it back
The most OP comp in 8.1 will be ( Uninstall Comp ) 8.1 will just cause more people to say why bother and uninstall.
-Lightning bolt got buffed in damage (albeit earthshock got reduced slightly in exchange)
-Stormkeeper buffs LB damage by 250%
-Icefury buffs FS by 200% now, so 25k crits, higher if u go MotE. Also Icefury shocks generate maelstrom
-Lasso does something dumb like 48% hp damage
-Increased Maelstrom pool means more Earth Shocks back to back
I’d also argue ele scales better than alot of specs because of its reliance on multiple stats
More haste = more lava surge procs which in turn generates more maelstrom = more earth shocks
Higher Mastery = more maelstrom
Higher crit for 60k+ earth shocks and 30k frost shocks, higher with skyfury
The spec jus plays far more reliably and fluid, right now i can manage ~20% crit and ~20% haste, with ele relying on Lava Shock so much, more crit will be a boon for reliable kills.
