Thoughts on a guild centered around being a regiment of The 7th Legion, and the guild master being a Commander of the Regiment?
Would that be too power-gamey, or do you think its fine?
Well, (and this is only my opinion) as long as you’re not claiming to be the 7th Legion, but rather one squad, or garrison, or team in it, I think it’s fine.

I fully support it.
Horde RP has always done similar things with groups like the Kor’kron. Why not Alliance doing so with one of their own?
(P.S. Not saying this as to say Alliance never did so, but I haven’t been present on their RP scene enough to say for sure if they have or not)

Should be OK! 73rd is a 7th Legion guild but we’re only company-sized, our highest rank being Captain. I’d say so long as you’re not taking over Wyrmbane’s position it should be fine… but even if you did, at the end of the day, roleplay whatever you think is fun.
