Hi, I am looking to come back strong to join a guild and make it my home. I have been inconsistent due to irl jobs and stuff… But now I have a stable job and so I will be able to be consistent in the raid schedules and in my performance aswell.

BFA experience: Only 6/8M since I had some IRL issues… I did multiple tries on Mythic Ghuun though.

What I am looking for: A guild where it’s around top 100 or 200 US with 2-3 raid nights a week between 8pm-12pm EST

Guild Krisp was Created on 9/15/2018, we have been raiding as a Group for over 3 Years. While establishing a laid back and friendly environment, we pride ourselves on killing the hardest content available. Our reduced schedule compared to other similarly progressed guilds allow us to spend time doing other things in game and out. We’re hardcore Raiders on a casual schedule, we take our raid time very seriously and we expect all of our potential applicants to do the same. If you’re a highly skilled player and share our goals, you probably won’t find a better guild out there.

Expectations of Raiders
Previous Mythic raiding experience
The desire to min/max your character(s) and stay on the forefront of theorycrafting
The ability to play all roles for your class effectively
Consistent TOP-TIER level of play. With a reduced schedule, we need intelligent and skilled players.
Active participation on guild discord
Ability to come to raid prepared, this includes, but not limited to, bringing enough consumables and having knowledge of fights we are working on.
Understand the need for criticism. Learn and improve from mistakes.
Active outside of raid times.

Other Information
Near perfect attendance required to remain on our raid roster.
We are mature adults and as such, respect is mandatory to all players internally and externally.
Members are preferred to be the age of 21 or older, but exceptions can be made under the right circumstances.

<Vestige> is a semi-hardcore Mythic Raiding Guild, centered around fully clearing content while it is current. Leadership has been working together for a year and boasts a very low turn-over rate of Raiders, despite the nature of Mythic raiding.

When We Raid:
Tuesday, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST) - Optional herioc/sales run
Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST) - Mythic
Thursday, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (EST) - Mythic

Unlike many Guilds that raid Mythic content, we do not require alts or split-runs of our Raiders.

What We Want:
We are looking for quality players; all specializations are given consideration, though our recruitment is extremely selective.

Attendance is Key:

Life happens, and we get that. However, in exchange for our lax raiding schedule, we expect everyone to maintain 90% adherence and give sufficient notice if an absence is inevitable - as such, if you’re prone to availability issues or a conflicting schedule, we are not the Guild for you.
Trials are expected to maintain 100% attendance – no exceptions. This is part of your trialing process.

Loot:
We run a loot council in which multiple factors are considered. Ability, guild needs, and attendance are by far the most important considerations when handling loot.

   Salt Factory is a later evening guild located on Tichondrius - US, formerly known as Insomnia of Sargeras. Over the years, we've built a community of people who genuinely like playing together. We wanted to once again come together and create something for BFA. We believe in the mantra "raid smarter, not harder" and established a guild built upon that belief. <Consequence> (US 128) is an Alliance guild on Stormrage and seeking competent players to join our progression raiding team. We are a 3 night semi-hardcore guild that is currently farming Uldir. We pride ourselves on our laid back raid environment who kills bosses and gets top end kills on mythic bosses.

As loot is currently set to personal for everyone now it goes without saying that loot is personal. HOWEVER, we use RCLootcouncil that allows us to see when someone gets a piece of gear that is able to be traded. When this happens we use Loot council to determine who gets the loot.
