Not really the logic is flawed and ridiculous you had no way of knowing just like Wrathion didn’t like Anduin blaming Wrathion is just an outburst of anger and grief that’s the point Wrathion isn’t responsible he had no way of knowing if anyones to blame tbh its the Bronze Dragon who should of known better and was killed by Garrosh upon arriving in Draenor.
Sabellian reveal was kind of a narrative secret… it would be like putting the lord from Revendreth on shadowlands cover.
Cough Pelagos, y’all are so sure that Wrathion will become aspect when the plot can go a way where Wrathion realizes that being an aspect ties him down and loses the freedom he currently has. Sabe having a basic model could also be the argument why he’ll get a new model and Wrathion will keep his existing one.
So he freed the best warchief?
Thats a vote for me
But yeah i have no idea who sebellian is (outside of the quest we did for him) so i voted for wrathion.
Where was sabellian on the invasions of the Lich King, Iron Horde, Legion and the Old Gods?
My personal wishes were originally for Wrathion and Ebyssian to have a ‘dual-aspect’ sort of deal so that if the Alliance and Horde go to war over something vital to the earth’s survival again, they can work together to deal with it. Ebyssian is wise but doesn’t want the role. Wrathion seems willing to work with Ebyssian but he’s young. It works out for everyone.
Sabellion is just the guy who hid until the last possible minute and then said ‘thanks for getting my throne back for me’ while having done nothing whatsoever to help the earth. In my mind, he should stick to just leading some of the dragons without that title. It’s not like he bothered to show up and help us fight off N’Zoth and heal the planet. In fact, he’s done nothing whatsoever to earn the title of ‘earth-warder’ except show up one day and be like ‘mine now, thanks!’
Having Sabellion be earth-warder when he’s done literally nothing for Azeroth would be like pulling Sylvanas out of the maw and having her be like ‘Okay the forsaken are mine now, thanks!’
Editing to clarify my wording.
To be fair, only the insane use Twitter, so selection bias and all that.
Yeah tbh could see them going that route like it’s not even an unheard of plot like it was literally Jack Sparrows narrative arc in Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Mans Chest and At Worlds End with the Flying Dutchman Eternal life but 10 years at seas and only one day on land forced to guide the dead to the afterlife.
Like sure he gets his dream of exploring the seas forever but it would cost his freedom which is something he values a lot.
