@Pälädin for OP: item level cap is 176, can remove * and [TBD] from the battleground merge part, and change "Mists of Pandaria greens" to "Cataclysm blues" please

Also, if you guys want to bring try out your new specs at 70 in a raid environment, I'm hosting a Sunwell Plateau raid on July 31st. Add Void#1102 if you're interested.

Thank you for correcting me. This only goes to show that I was pretty lucky when I tested it out in-game, and that missing 79s is more busted than I thought lol

I've been playing my twinks a lot more than my 100s to be honest with you.
Combat at 70 is super fun, having the ability to kite peeps with pistols.
Other than the fact that over half of my openers miss, as well as attacks, it's fun. And I can still take down the 79s that I have trouble hitting. Honestly, if they fixed Hit rate scaling this bracket would be perfect.

I've only played Sub on both my 100 rogues, so I'm not sure how the other specs are doing.

Sub is weakish. Assassination does good tunnel dps but gets tunneled back and dies. Combat is fotm because it's good at everything.

for legion blizz robbed sub spec to make assa-spec. it's the only way they can figure out how to get rogues out of sub, kill the spec

they tried to sell assa-spec in WOTLK but due to adding so many CCs many rogues had to go back to sub. they tried selling it in CATA, failed, mid thru the expac they added the carrots on a stick...leg-daggers, but that did not help, it continued in MOP, sub spec was finally given bonuses for using daggers into WOD.

assa-spec comes to life at 90+ comes to life when and if they select http://www.wowhead.com/spell=200806/exsanguinate, hemo, garrotes, rupture, and rogues yes using...mark of the shattered hand cheap WOD enchant, they get the bleeds up and hit exsang, you drop like a rock. this don't affect this bracket, and majority of rogues are doing outlaw.

outlaw spec is way to go at low levels is way to go

Hopefully hit rating gets fixed soon. It would deter players from twinking at 79, hopefully. 79s also get their 75 talent, as well as Mastery at 78.

Scaling seems to be fixed. Didn't have any misses last BG and my toon was scaled to 79.
