Expectations
A focus on improvement and team play with a willingness to provide and receive criticism. Strong performance and flexibility within raid to allow to fast and efficient clears. Activity and participation in guild events outside of raid.
Raid Details
Main Raid: Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
This raid will alternate between speed clears and half alt-half main split raids to maximize gearing for mains. One night AQ40, BWL, and MC clears on both splits at present. Raid spots are competitive by nature, and will be awarded based on performance.
Second Raid: Thursday 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
A more relaxed environment, this raid is separate from the main raid. Raid expectations are identical to the main raid to ensure efficient clears, however there will be no gear funneling, mandatory alts, or scheduled speed runs.
