If I go to a car dealership and I decide I want two cars, and then decide I want two brand new cars of some expensive brand … yeah it ain’t going to be reasonable of me to say “it’s [just] two things” expecting the prices to be different because of me saying that.
If you pick the most expensive stuff and never save at any point, you run out of tenders, and that’s all there is to it. You can’t earn more and the prices are what the prices have always been.
Prioritize, save, and decide what stuff you want and what you are fine with getting later.
