Shut her down folks, all done here…
Nope. I’m not 60 yet. Taking my time and enjoying this. Plus I’ve had a very busy summer and my alt addiction is strong. I’ve leveled enough alts already to have 2-3 60’s and some change.
Just glad to see layering removed. I supported it for launch and we are now past it’s use.
People can argue the semantics of a “few” weeks but idc. It’s gone before phase 2 and that’s what’s really important in the promise Ion made.
I would make a snarky post about RPPVP being “niche”, but I know very well that grobby, when released, was one of the low pop realms that got a TON of non RPer overflow.
How is that a troll POV?
You knew very well that
a) there were still layers
b) they were urging repeatedly for people to transfer
c) transfers were still available
Those complaining about it do not have a leg to stand on.
I am far from 60. I am perfectly fine with the queue. HOPEFULLY it will be motivation for non RPers to move off of the server. Too many people in a zone to quest? Learn to be social and GROUP with others.
Weird, must be more Alliance on Grob. I logged in on this Horde, right away, at the same time this thread was made.
What I can tell you is my logic says, if you want to avoid pvp don’t roll a pvp server. Pve is where you want to roll. Then you won’t have to corpse drag yourself into BRD.
That’s the logistics of my logic. Don’t want to pvp? Roll pve.
Well played sir well played.
This is maybe the biggest difference between vanilla and Classic. Last night on a higher than average pvp realm that most likely isn’t near top 10 popularity I traveled across the Hinterlands hoping to find even a living wolf or owlkin to tag. The main areas with the high elves or scalpers or so on were all camped with 2-3 groups waiting their turn. Even on the release of a new server things were never this congested back in the day.
Queues are not faction specific.
Then how do you explain him having a queue, and I didn’t?
Thank god I get off at 2:30 everyday so I can get into the game before the ques!
I agree. Even on Old Blanchy, which is not the highest population server, I am having difficulty on quests since so many people are on them on one layer now. I can only imagine what more populated servers are like. Even two layers would be fine IMO
You didn’t log in at the same time. A 600 person queue is pretty small and can pop up then go away pretty quickly.
Either that or Blizz just likes you better.
Ok, so from a Horde on Grobbulus where it seems to lean alliance as the more populated side: pre layering we had alliance sperg guilds sitting on the opposite layer of the horde raids starting, with a few stealthed spies on the other layer. Once they saw the horde raids coming through they would mass invite to their layer, essentially spawning multiple raids into the middle of our unsuspecting raids as we started to jump down.
Tuesday, we had them waiting on our layer, and we wiped their bodies across the tunnel and lava in glorious retribution.
Im glad that crap is gone. Ill wait in a 15 min queue.
The time this thread is made is exactly when I log in: 11:45 pm Maybe he logged in at 11:30 and made this after the fact?
Here here! Dilly dilly! I concur. That is affirmative!
You’re really trying too hard to defend being wrong. Go look it up yourself, I am not your research assistant and I am done with this conversation.
Was trying to tell people on Whitemane not to get too comfortable with no queues… hoping more would transfer to AR… still hoping that.
Okay, see ya!
That’s an interesting idea. Faction maximums could be a good thing
You trying to stir up the #nochanges crowd?
