Has anyone else done the 6-month subscription with no pet or mount received? I have reported it with no answer. This was the Scorching Valor mount/ Smoldering Courage pet.
Did you just set it up or did you set it up before the promotion started?
If it was set up prior, is it set to be reoccurring or did you cancel the automatic renew? If cancelled unfortunately you will not get the promotion.
Edit: and also make sure you are looking for the gifts on the right version of the game. The mount is for retail, the pet is classic progression.

Have you also checked your gifts in the BNet launcher? Sometimes the subscription mounts don’t go straight ingame and go into there. Out of 3 mount periods my sub has been active for, 2 went straight ingame and 1 went to my launcher gifts.
