Just used x5 echoes twice in a group and both times only received 35x shards with a 450+ score.
I should easily gotten 350+ shards at this point. Who do I talk to get my echoes back? Insane how many bugs are in this expansion.
Radiant echoes are just bad anyway imo lmao they don’t give you anything good
Maybe they secretly hot fixed it to only count personal contributions for the rewards and after finding out people were doing groups to get insane amounts of fragments and Valor stones.
Other people in my group received what they should have, others didn’t. It’s clearly bugged because 35x is exactly what I would’ve gotten had I only used 1 shards, the multiplier is not working.
Ran a 5 echo last night with a guildie and we got like 145 shards each.

Yes, that’s what I should’ve gotten, as it worked 2 days ago when I did it. Now, I’m out 8 Echoes for no reason.
Imagine running echoes to upgrade gear that will be obsolete in season2
Imagine playing this expansion when all the gear will be irrelevant in the next one. Why did anyone play Vanilla before TBC? Are they stupid?

Same thing happened to me. Was in a group, got 500+ points. Only got 35x coffer key shards even though I used 5 radiant echoes. 
feelsbad knowing nothing will ever be done about it and im permanently down about 150 coffer key shards.

I also got like 300 valorstones and 200 shards from that
so is this issue just being ignored then instead of fixed? It is listed as a known issue, I just did a 5 and we got over 1000 points, and i got 35 shards, its complete bs, it took all 5 of my souls and I just get completely screwed and dont get a key for the next delve. It states its a known issue, basically says don’t submit any reports, just accept you got screwed by our incompetence.
only done it solo and i’ve gotten the 5x reward just fine. maybe group setting is broken.
I’ve only done the x5 once yesterday, immediately as I pushed the button it completed and gave me 200 valorstones and 100 key fragments. I didn’t even realize I wasn’t in the event for the first ten seconds after I couldn’t find any enemies to kill. ???
issue still occuring same as last week for me, took 5x Radiant echoes only gave 1x rewards everyone else in group got 5x rewards
Friend and I did them in a raid group. Me on a bear with exceptional tagging potential and him on something with incredibly limited tagging potential. Both used 5 souls. I forget what the final score was but that group cleared like 5 or so rares and it was just a constant add swarm.
I walked out with like 3-4 keys worth of shards and him FAR less (like not even half).
My guess is it is largely dependent on you tagging things
I have only soloed these x5 and they give me 125 shards. Some times more but never less. Single ones give me 25 shards. Sounds like doing them in a group isn’t the way to go if it’s broken. This isnt the first post I’ve seen about this issue either. I would just run it solo. 100 points and profit
