there’s this thing called a “global cooldown” and if a classes burst is so tremendous that they can 100-0 someone before the “global coodlown” elapses which prevents players from using their next ability as often as warrior, then clearly the people working on the game do not have a fundamental understanding of the game which means they are actually NOT good at the game.

There’s a decent chance that this is an unpopular opinion but I think that more abilities should be on global, specifically defensives. Ret mashing judgment and dying because they can’t bubble in time is good gameplay (unironically).

If you show up to a fight wearing slippers and a bathrobe, expect to be 1 tapped. TBH execute should probably hit for the whole health bar, not 45% of it.
