The guild is on Zul’jin.
Raid schedule is 8pm-11pm EST T/W/TH with 1-2 extra days first two weeks of Mythic prog (where it matters).
What you would need to do:
- Need someone who can quickly adjust strats/groups if an encounter calls for it.
- Must be able to read logs (it’s a requirement for everyone in the guild anyways)
- Explain strats when first getting to a boss or when we have someone new that may not be familiar with the strats.
- Since the goal is top 50 first tier and HOF after, being hard on people (selection/trial) is fine.
What we have already:
- We already have a ranged willing to be assistant to call things out & they are at your disposal to evaluate players to keep/cut.
- I am at your disposal for recruitment.
- Raiders are doing well keeping track/handling sales (we have two handling that atm).
- Someone that handles guild complaints/problems.
Also looking for top talent. We’re newly formed so our roster is currently in the works.
