< Orenjijusu > is a newly formed guild focused on eventual Mythic progression and Mythic+ keys as we form our core. The guild aims to progress through Heroic Ny’alotha quickly as we are far into Patch 8.3. Because we raid only two days per week, we need to use our time wisely. In terms of PvP, we’ll be trying to run Ranked Battlegrounds to those whom are interested. We’ll aim to have more than one core group for different skilled players. All members are expected to be at the top of their game, although as some may be returning players, we understand a transition phase to what may seem like many as a new or changed game. Regardless of what you’d like to play in, we encourage growth and learning to all who join. The goals of the guild are as follows:
• Maintaining a positive, friendly, and productive raiding atmosphere.
• Enforcing a zero-tolerance policy on drama and toxicity, no matter how good a player is.
• Fostering an environment where lower-performing players are encouraged to master their spec and learn from better raiders where possible.
• No preferential treatment for anybody. Ranks are earned by checking off certain boxes, not by being the officer’s friend. All ranks and how to earn them are concretely defined.
• Letting the non-raiders have fun too. Mythic+ key pushes and miscellaneous fun events will happen too! Raiding is NOT a requirement to join!
Raiding Schedule:
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30pm-12:00am PST.
• Until we get a full roster, we will pug Heroic Ny’alotha.
Ranked Battlegrounds Schedule:
• Fridays from 8:30pm-1:00am PST
Raider Expectations:
• Discord client and working microphone (Required)
• Be reliable. If something happens, please let us know ahead of time. Show up to the raids consistently. We won’t take your attendance like in high school, but we will know if you are missing.
• Come with a good attitude. There’s no point in raiding with us if you don’t enjoy it.
• Patience. Progression takes time, especially as a new guild.
• Learn from your mistakes. We don’t expect our raiders to be at the top of their game getting orange parses every fight. What we do expect is for our raiders to follow and know, if the information is already out there, mechanics and fight strategies to the best of their ability.
• Come prepared. All raiders are expected to bring food, flasks, and other personal consumables. When the guild becomes more established, the guild will provide flasks and other consumables during progression.
• Don’t single anyone out. We all make mistakes. Point at what’s causing problems, not who’s causing it. Criticism should always be constructive.

• Have substantial prior online community moderation experience - does not necessarily have to be World of Warcraft related.
