I’m currently 11/13H and my 25man guild just decided to call it quits, so here I am seeking a new home. I can raid any days/times and dont mind the server but prefer Galakras due to limit on gold transfer but realm is not a deal breaker.
I mean all server’s are connected together for the pagel cluster so no need to realm change.
The guild I’m in “Karma” is always looking for new people. I was on Galakras when i joined them so no need to move.
We raid 2 days a week Thursday and Saturday and are on Lei Shen (only thing that slowed us was time and life, otherwise were a really solid group here). Were a mix of relaxed with knowledgeable 'Old" players: some new and some who this is our second time going through these old raids Normal and Heroic from when they first launched years ago.
This would be the perfect time to join as were floating 10 with a few floating (which leaves us wiggle room for real life stuff) and when we get to Siege of Org and Flex raiding the plan is to push closer to 14-17 people. So if you were to join and plan long term for that no question you would be welcome and get to run every week.
We currently have a Monk (Me) Fistweaver, a Resto Druid, and a Priest/Shaman/warrior tank who swaps based on what we need (we all have alts here we switch to) so were very welcoming to anyone: we care more on playing good at whatever your class is than Min/Max and telling people what or how to play.
You don’t need to transfer anything. It’s one mega server (that are all sub-realms of Pagle). You can play, trade, join a guild, raid with anyone that is in Pagle, Galakras, Nazgrim, Raden, Leishen and Immersus.
You know that heroic would still have to be 10 or 25 people strictly right?

true, never said we were strictly heroic ( were moving that way slowly right now).
I merely said what direction were going and what were doing currently and offering that. We actually do have people in guild that do heroic on their alts and just hang out with us because it’s fun and relaxed and no the chaos of min/max.
Nyz also said they were looking for a new home but did not specify what they were looking for, only what they done, so just being polite by offering Karma as an option 
And as memory serves i believe** in WoD is when going forward you can run Flex-style in Normal or Heroic, so it will eventually all move in that direction
Almost correct. Heroic gets renamed to Mythic and is set 20m so no you can never flex “heroic” / highest difficulty. But yes, WoD introduces the system that exists up to this day in retail: mythic 20m, heroic 1-30 flex, normal 1-30 flex and lfr flex.
your best bet would be to faction change. Alliance raiding is dead. If you’re already horde then it shouldn’t be hard to find a guild.
