Does support even take the time to read the ticket? I take the time to explain my PROBLEM yet still manage to screw up. Going fast not reading the ticket and not fixing the issue doesn’t help anyone WHAT THIS RESPONSE !!!

PROBLEM IS CLEARLY STATED I cant go to Boralus because I get teleported back to stormwind throne room even tho I already did the introduction with Jaina How hard is it to understand!

That looks more like they might have been working on multiple tickets at the same time and responded to the wrong person.
It also sounds like you’re in the middle of a quest or possibly that the area you’re in in phased preventing you from leaving it.

NOTHING is preventing me from leaving anything I cant access Boralus as a mage if teleport myself there I get teleported back to Stormwind throne room is I take the portal from stormwind to Boralus same thing. if a warlock summons me anywhere close the SAME HAPPEN. I SIMPLY CANT ENTER BORALUS .
AND THE INTRODUCTION QUEST AS STATED IN THE TICKET IS ALREADY DONE !
If he cant work on multiple ticket then don’t do it . Trying to go faster while messing up does not make it better again ! Now I have to way again ‘‘that hoping the third one understands the problem’’ and his colleagues have more ticket on their hands

This happens because you started but did not complete the Battle for Azeroth introduction quest chain. You completed Tides of War but still have more to do in that series of quests.

Jaina is no where in the harbor this quest is done already … I said it in the ticket …
Jaina does not start the quest. Anduin does. You have completed Tides of War, you have not completed the quest I inked in my post, The Nation of Kul Tiras. Nor is your character currently on the quest.
So I’m asking if you see Anduin in Stormwind and if he is offering you this specific quest.

I already did Tide of War all chain quest because I LEARNED ALL MY PORTAL SKILL AND TELEPORT FROM THE PORTAL TRAINER IN BORALUS.
Strangely enough, the game’s API is also showing you haven’t completed those quests on Inomi.
Might it be due to phasing from the Legion quests? I’m not seeing those quests completed, either.

Go further down the dock. I could be remembering a different quest, but I remember her being all the way at the end, or even on the boat. You won’t see her on the minimap until you go down to the end of the dock.
Your ticket may have gotten the wrong response (they are human, after all), but the answer is still the same. Your teleport will not work properly until you complete the entire questline, as Kalviery said above.

I was following along with the Game Master assisting you and wanted to share here in case anyone else comes across this topic and needs some help.
For the quest “The Nation of Kul Tiras”, Anduin can be found in a side room within Stormwind Keep.
