Hello all! I am a long time WoW player who has healed higher level content as far back as Cataclysm and have three pretty raid-ready healers right now for 8.3 content! My current guild has dispersed after finishing Heroic AotC and quit the game. I still have a desire to play and also wish to keep playing and enter Mythic Raid for the first time this tier, and always looking for new friends and healthly atmosphere.

I have many classes this expac/tier and they are as follows:

I have current logs for many heroic level bosses on all three characters above on Warcraft Logs. I cannot post links but encourage you to look me up yourselves if you need to evaluate my performance and accept any questions.

No mythic exp for this expac due to work constraints in past year. I raided mythic most heavily in Legion and somewhat in WoD.

Okay, boring numbers stuff aside. Who am I personally?
As said, I have healed for a long time now, and dabbled in Mythic raiding wherever I could. For this expansion, I mained Resto Druid, and for the others; Cata-Priest, MoP-Monk, WoD-Shaman, Legion-Hpal. I plan to see just how far I can get with a guild in Mythic before Shadowlands, where I will likely change up mains again.
I currently live in Hawaii, so I can/do play on both US and OCE realms and don’t have horrible ping on either. 18+, Drama-free, and amidst the coronavirus scare, currently have no commitments in terms of time/week so can raid often. Love running non-raid things as well: PvP, M+, the lot. Also enjoy playing League, MTGO, HotS, and more and looking for friends there too!

All I really seek in a guild is a friendly atmosphere that does seek to push higher, mythic content even if its not to the most hardcore of levels. Thank you for taking the time to read all/any of this and hope to hear from you soon and trial or run something with you and meet new faces!

Extra Note: I also play dps offspec, from time to time but I don’t quite enjoy it as much. I will also only dps on Druid/Shaman as Balance/Ele characters. I cannot play nor can I even stand the Shadow Priest spec in its current state and will not play it.

Turbo Dolphins is a Horde Barthilas guild, looking to expand our core and want to push hard into Mythic, aiming for CE. 6/8M AEP, we’ve achieved AoTC and 5/12M.
Our raid times are 7:30-10:30 ST Wed/Thurs/Sun and we also enjoy doing M+

Our expectations of prospective raiders are:

  2. Able to deal with progression raiding (wiping etc)
  3. Class/Spec knowledge
  4. Ability to take criticism/recognise mistakes and use that to consistently improve

We aim to push progression within a 2-day (5-6 hour) schedule while still maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere. We treat each other with respect and seek high performance, excellent game-play, and most importantly a positive attitude.
Drama and toxic behaviour are not welcome here.

Raid Schedule:

Monday: 6:30 pm – 9 pm server time (GMT+10)
Thursday: 6:30 pm – 9 pm server time (GMT +10)
Optional: Sunday heroic Farm run, for mythic trials and alts, or just to hang out and have some fun.

You must be able to make the core raid nights reliably (we do take attendance). Real life does occasionally hit even the most reliable raider and that’s okay - all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible.

We strive for an environment that takes the challenges of mythic raiding seriously. Our end goal is to be able to fully clear the content but also keep the friendly spirit of the game alive, as we believe it’s not how you play the game, but rather who you play it with.

What we expect from you:

Discord and a working mic are required

We do not require mythic raid experience to join our team but we do expect mythic-level dedication and accountability from all of our raiders. You must be able to take constructive criticism, take ownership over your level of play, and be willing to put in the effort to be counted an asset to the team.

Time is limited with only 2 nights a week to raid, and we do not take people wasting it lightly. We all have families, careers, or studies, so consideration of other players’ time is important. To that end, all raiders should come to raid prepared with consumables (food, flask, potions, runes, re-roll tokens). We do have a master of coin to help fund guild activities, but this is not to be taken advantage of. We also expect everyone to use prepots - please do not be the reason we wiped on less than %1.

Finally, we expect all raiders to read up on upcoming encounters and their role within them before the first pull of the boss. We prefer players who can not only follow a strategy but are also capable of thinking on their feet and adapting without being constantly reminded throughout the encounter. Above all, though, we expect you to own your mistakes and learn from them. You don’t have to be perfect, but nothing is more frustrating than wiping to the same thing over and over.

What we are looking for:

Heals – Priest Needed. Resto druid considered.

Ranged DPS – exceptional RDPS considered.

Melee DPS – All roles and Exceptional players considered

Tanks – Prot pally or Brewmaster preferred, but other tanks considered.

Exceptional players of any class and spec should always feel free to apply. Our roster is somewhat flexible so we will never turn away a great player - we just want the best 20+ people in our raid so we can progress.

Our trial period is 2 weeks and in that time we consider several factors - performance, situational awareness, attendance, attitude towards raid encounters and wipes, and how well you fit into the raid team.

Mythic Keystones:

We run Mythic + most days of the week. For some of us pushing high level keys is our primary WoW focus, but we also strive to make sure our raiders are getting their capped weekly rewards.

[H] Saurfang Flavour Town 3/12 Mythic Recruiting

Flavour Town is Undergoing a structure overhaul, bringing in experienced raiders to improve strategy execution and seek out those thirsty for high progression, with a drive for Cutting Edge.
Within the first week of changes we were able too clear 3 Bosses within the first few hours of our raid night.

Sha’dhar is within our grasp and we are looking too kill him on reset and begin progression hivemind. We are looking to keep our progression smooth and at a rapid pace by getting solid recruits to boost our core to 20.

With that said we are looking for the following classes to expand our core to 20 and expand our sub roster with the following classes:

Healers:
H Pally - Major Interest
R Shaman - Major Interest
Disc Prist - Major Interest

DPS:
Fire Mage - Major Interest
BM Hunter - Major Interest
Shadow Priest - Major Interest

Any other exepectional DPS/Healers are welcomed too apply and will be taken into consideration.

Tuesday: Mythic Keystone ( Helping everyone Gain a 15 Done Regardless for the Week )

Saturday: 7:30pm-10:30pm (Social Heroic Night)

We are also looking too venture into the Mythic + Community and forming up multiple groups that are interested in pushing
