Pull More So I Can Pad (PMSICP) is a semi-hardcore-but-we-all-have-jobs Mythic Team recruiting for progression for this tier and beyond, with a focus on strong community and self-sufficiency.
PMSICP is a fresh collection of veteran players with experience ranging from Cutting Edge, classic/vanilla, battlegrounds, and arenas. We are (and look for) strong players that may not have as much time as they once did to devote to pixel slaying due to real life but still want to get sh*t done when they are on.
Formed during Legion, PMSICP dominated heroic content with ease and, after a few more tiers, realized Mythic was the answer to the need for more challenging content. After building a strong Mythic team at the onset of Eternal Palace, we achieved 5/8 progression while still solidifying the ranks. Now, with a strong footing, heading into Nyâalotha we are looking to fill in a few more key slots to push progression hard to continue growing in rank on Area 52.

We just transferred to the largest alliance server in the game, Stormrage! We are making an aggressive push to recruit those who have what it takes to achieve Famed Slayer+Hall of Fame in the final raid tier of BFA and going forward. We also are always recruiting social, normal, and heroic raiders.

More about the guild: This is a semi-hardcore mythic progression focused guild first and foremost. We are an extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 21-33. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. Evalent is currently recruiting active, mature, dedicated players to wrap up 8.3 with and move into Shadowlands. Our core team is made up of past mythic experienced friends who have been raiding off and on since MoP. We recently decided that we wanted more out of the game and wanted to establish a structured group to push for CE each tier. We are also looking to not only have a strong group for mythic each week but to establish friendships and make a tight knit group that will continue raiding together and pushing all content for the years to come. Currently we are in the works of establishing a group to push as far into mythic in 8.3 as we can before the new expansion drops later this year. Our goal is to put together a competent group of 23-25 players with the same mind set as us. Also looking to fill 3-4 more officer positions including experienced raid lead. Our Goals / Raider Expectations
We are currently looking to establish and maintain a competent 20-25 player roster to push as far as time allows into mythic NWC with and prepare for the first tier of shadowlands. Our goal is to maintain a solid structured group of players who are aware and knowledgeable of their class at all time. We will run a bench system during progression the best 20 will raid plain and simple. All others will get kills once we have to current content on farm.
Moving into the new shadowlands expansion we will prepare as in the past for launch of the first tier. All eligible players at that time will be brought in on the first night for normal gear farm and the following Thursday night for heroic progression. We strive to make sure our team will be ready at this point for the following weekâs release of mythic content.
Raider Requirements

· BIS Rank 3 essences ( both main & os if needed )
· Rank 14+ Cloak
· Raid Preparation ( Flask/Food/Augment Rune/Pre Pots ( Guild Provided Eventually )

· Determined / Focused ready to kill pixelated monsters
Once we have farmed enough materials and are at a good point into progression Feast/Cauldron/Vantus will be provided. Until then please be prepared before you step into the raid this includes your seals/tomes for each fight.
We will take one TEN minute break during our time together per week everyone is expected back at the time, or could result in being replaced if it is a occurring thing. We are on a tight schedule for what we are trying to accomplish and donât plan on wasting others time.
