People forget how terrible Legion was in 7.0 for alts. The artifact power system forced you into picking one spec and sticking with it until catch up methods were released. The grind to get 2 specs on 1 toon ready for Heroic/Mythic Emerald Nightmare took like 4-6 hours a day. I didn’t even level a second toon to 110 until then end of 7.1 and I average 30+ max level characters an expansion. The rep gate for the HoA is literally negligible. As long as you gather AP you’re fine; your Heart’s lvl its way more important than it’s ilvl.
