Most of us are 1/8M EP, but as a guild we are only 8/8H. Most of us are previous Mythic raiders. Our raid environment is not for those who take offense to things easily. We are all looking to progress, and if you’re making mistakes or not performing as well as you should, you will be called out and asked to improve.
Trials last for 2 weeks.
Trials are accepted based on logs & progression, we do not have time to hold your hand and hand out gear to those that haven’t kept their character current in the expansion. We are looking for like minded individuals that will take the time to do the work on their own.

About Us
Upper Echelon is a 20-man Mythic Horde guild on US-Thrall in the EST timezone. We raid Tues/Thurs from 8:00 PM EST - Midnight EST.
Upper Echelon has been a 20-man or 25-man raiding guild since the start of Ulduar and has continuously improved since its inception. The guild was founded on the principles that good players should be able to progress content on a light schedule. We raid two nights a week, for 8 hours. Period. An extra night is never added.
Upper Echelon understands that there are great players out there that cannot commit to an intense hardcore schedule but would still like to raid at a competitive level. The guild has been continuously ranked at or near the top of progress for two-night a week guilds raiding at the maximum difficulty (25-man previously, 20-man currently). When joining Upper Echelon you will be a part of a stable guild with strong leadership that isn’t going anywhere. Players joining our guild tend to stay for the long haul.
Furthermore, the guild strives to create an environment that is fun and rewarding. You won’t find players at each other’s throats here, such individuals will not last and will not make it past the recruitment process. Most of our members have families, jobs, and other commitments that preclude them from a more hardcore schedule. We come together with the same goal and that is to always clear the end-boss of a tier before new content becomes available.
Raiding with Upper Echelon:
If you are accepted into our guild, you will be raiding. We typically do not carry a large bench and everyone participates. With loot in BfA we will be using RCLC to distribute unneeded loot via Loot Council. Our loot council is very fair, transparent and tends to prioritize need.
We ask all our members to research fights, know their class and participate in our Discord regarding boss strategy. With an 8 hour schedule, it’s important everyone is prepared as we must maximize our time. We have a short break at about the half-way point each night, other than that we expect to be efficiently clearing and progressing.

About Us:
Premonition (4/8M 8/8H EP, Cutting Edge EN+NH+Ant+Uldir+BoD) is a Horde guild on US-Magtheridon. Our raid team has been together since MoP and we pride ourselves in maintaining a stable home for players. Avoidable Damage [ Horde - Mal’Ganis - 2/8 M and 8/8 H ]
Who are we: We are a group of raiders that enjoy pushing higher end content and doing keys together. Some of us have been together since early Legion and wanted to push BFA content together. AoTC is always achieved and then progression into Mythic Tier.
We raid: 8pm - 11pm EST Friday and Saturday. Plans for an “alt night” are currently up in the air.
All classes & roles are welcome to apply. We offer homes to many who are just coming back and looking to dive back into it. Although in High demand at the moment would be an experienced Disc priest and or Mage. Again however all are welcome to apply.
What we expect from YOU:
Can commit to a high attendance rate (90%+) and you are reliable
You have to be a team player, respect for guild-mates
Don’t make drama about gear (we use loot council for pieces that can be traded, to make sure pieces do not go to waste) and or complain if you are asked to sit out for a boss, Comp can be crucial and sometimes it can happen.
Care about your character regarding optimizing everything such a gems, enchants, rotation etc. Have questions ask, we are always available to help.
Please be able to take criticism in a mature way. Everyone makes mistakes, we know this, but if and when we may need to speak with you about rotation, damage, talents and or traits, be willing to listen.
Be willing to progress and let the progression drive you.
We are recruiting the player, not the class. Be able to adapt to other classes/roles if necessary. Sometimes we like you a lot but the current tier may require a different team dynamic, which is why we encourage alts. This way we keep our players and team consistent and working well together.
