Storm is an alliance mythic raiding guild located on Sargeras US. Originally formed in late 2004 on Gilneas, the guild was later transferred to Sargeras for recruitment purposes.
We consider ourselves semi-hardcore while clearing content at a pace acceptable to the guild leadership. We are an adult guild primarily with average ages ranging from 20-30s range. Our atmosphere is primarily laid back for farm but serious during progression. We expect every member to have researched their class / spec / encounters etc. and make quick adjustments to ensure lower pull counts.
We aim to get a cutting edge achievement each raid tier if it is attainable within our raiding hours.

We are seeking to recruit individuals who are knowledgeable and keep up to date on their raiding spec(s) and sims. We aren’t a guild that is interested in carrying any one individual and will expect all members to keep up with maintaining their primary main character for raids on a weekly basis. That includes farming best in slot essences, obtaining AP for HOA, Weekly Islands Cap, Mythic + weekly cache, etc. If you are someone who likes to take frequent breaks from the game or gets bored easily doing the same things over and over, (ie raiding the same content every week or keeping up with dailies and mythic +), then this is not the guild for you. We like to have fun but we also want to progress at a rate we feel we can accomplish and we don’t want to be held back.

Above all else we expect people to behave in a non-toxic manner as our guild has a zero-tolerance policy on toxicity. Overall, we expect everyone to have a good time raiding as we progress through new content.

The guild will provide for the raid flasks and food, you can also expect an active guild outside of raid times where players are constantly pushing Mythic Keys, Doing Island Expeditions, PVP and/or playing other games while in Discord. Your post says you are looking for Alliance, but if you are indeed open to horde and can make tues/wed 7-11 EST let me know.
Consistent healer issues have kept us from being at the level you might want, either way if you are looking for a home as well as a raiding guild let me know.
I personally do a lot of keys as well, so would always be nice to have a healer to roll with.

If you’re willing to consider alliance, we raid Fri/Sat 8-11pm Mountain 7-10 pacific / 9pm-midnight Central / 10 to 1am Eastern. We clear Heroic in a night, trying to move to mythic on the second night but we need more players =)
Even while waiting 20mins for pugs we 2 shot first boss before it went south.

Behind the Curve is a 5/8M (QC to 20%) US Alliance CE guild on Aerie Peak in huge need of a stable healer.
We’re looking for exceptional DPS and 1-2 healers (the second preferably can play a DPS spec equally well). However all exceptional applicants should feel encouraged to inquire.

Background/About us:
We are a laid back bunch of good players and good friends who enjoy getting content done at an advanced pace without a lot of the stresses typically associated to high end raiding. We’re generally drama free and prefer a good time over a tense time. That said, we obviously prioritize progress and making the most of our limited 9 hour raid week.
We’ve achieved CE every tier since the start of Legion except for COS and TOS. Most recently we were 71st US Alliance (171st World alliance) for mythic Jaina. We plan to keep improving on that ranking and push for famed slayer.
We run lots of mythic plus as a guild outside of raids and encourage participation there as well! Additionally we do alt runs Saturday that eventually become mythic alt runs, and do heroic Warfronts together as well.
