Hi, We’re a 437IL Rdruid and a 428IL Havoc DH team that is looking for a horde guild. We’re both AOTC this tier and multiple tiers for the last few expansions.
What we’re looking for: Active, well established, adult guild that clears heroic each week with raid times during the week anytime from 7 or 8 until 11 to 11:30 EST. We both work early, so anything after 11:30 or so wouldn’t work for us. We’d like to work towards killing the first few bosses in mythic once heroic has been cleared for the week. We’re both pretty active in mythic + and would prefer to find a guild that encourages activity aside from raid nights in the form of mythic +, islands groups, mechagon, farming, etc. We’d prefer a place where everyone carries their own weight and is expected to do the weekly essentials such as dailies, at least a +10, and islands/emissaries for AP if they wish to raid. If a raid member is unable to perform at an adequate level due to poor knowledge of their class, no flasks, pots, enchants, etc, we’d like to find a place where that person be asked to sit until they fix those issues.
What we’re not looking for: Mythic progression to the point of cutting edge achievement. Laissez-faire raid mentally where everyone is allowed to raid even if their performance is sub-par. A guild that is only active on raid nights. A raid leader that is condescending or volatile towards his or her raid team.

Ruined Immersion is a casual raiding guild looking to fill our ranks. We raid one day a week (Sat) from 11:30am-3:30pm (EST). We do mythic keys, island expeditions, and various other things throughout the week. As a bonus during raids one of our tanks has players roll at half time for 100k gold and whoever wins gets it.
