We are a close knit community looking to add a few key players to take the guild to Cutting edge and beyond. Current progression is 5/8M. We are looking to bring in some heavy hitters to help us continue our push as well as begin preparing for 8.3!

We raid Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8pm-11pm realm time (9-12 EST) with optional nights Thursday and Saturday. We also have a very consistent M+ community with multiple 15+ keys happening just about daily (lower keys as well).

Current needs include ranged (preferably with a comfortable healing off spec): Druid, Shaman, or priest (preferably disc/shadow). Will also consider exceptional hunters, mages, warlocks. Strong mele candidates are also recommended to reach out as we truly believe in “bring the player not the class” and can make room for the right fit.

<Crisis Management> is a progression raiding guild that has been around since the beginning of Wrath. We are a 3-day raiding guild that achieves Cutting Edge every tier at a reasonable pace. We are looking for players who can be competitive and enjoy themselves while clearing content. Our Leadership has been together for over a decade now and is still going very strong!

As of October 2019, we made the move from Perendole to Sargeras to be a part a larger alliance player base. We have a solid core of Mythic raiders and are looking to fill in a couple of spots. All exceptional Players, casuals, and M+ players are welcome as well.

What we are looking for:
Dedication - we are looking for 85+ percent attendance raiders looking for a new long-term home. We understand that life happens and most of us are working adults so the core team will rotate in and out frequently with the goal to get everyone a kill and mythic gear.

Situational Awareness - can you do your job without standing in the < insert flame, slime, etc here >

Reliability - good gaming system, good internet connection, etc

Teamwork - We want to build a team that plays for each other, enjoys the challenges and the successes together. We consider every raider a key part of our team - in return we are looking for raiders who value the success of the team as a vital part of their own success in raiding

Key Guild Differentiators:

Our guild, raid, and Discord atmosphere is constructed around being a collaborative low-stress environment. There is absolutely no yelling or raging at people, no egos being thrown about. We discuss problems in a respectful and civil tone in order for everyone to learn about the boss mechanics and push progression faster. We encourage people to speak up with ideas, suggestions, and mistakes without fear of being attacked in some form.

We do not require people to level/gear alts for split runs. We do have an alt raid on Friday nights, but it is purely optional for those who like to play alts.

Stability and Historical Progression

Proper Villains’ raid team has been raiding together in some shape or form for 4+ years now. We’ve always met our goal of clearing mythic content when it was current.

What We Expect From Applicants:

  • Good skill level with chosen spec (demonstrated in logs).
  • Some prior raiding experience in Mythic.
  • Ability to attend at least 90% of raids.
  • A willingness and desire to spend some time outside of raid achieving reasonable character progression.

Hey there if you’re still looking, we might be a good fit for you if you’re interested in semi-hardcore mythic progression and can possibly start an hour earlier(we’re 8-11 est). We are especially looking for more ranged non hunter dps(ele shaman, spriest, warlock, mage, boomkin).

We’re looking to grow our M+ community as well as a couple more people to round out our roster and push further mythic raids in a laid back manner(get as far as we can but no stressin it). We’re all mostly older raiders who understand life happens. We do tmog runs when there’s interest and m+s regularly throughout the week.

CD is a progression-oriented guild that’s been around for 13 years and recently moved to Area 52 from the Eonar server. We pride ourselves on only playing with people we actually enjoy spending time with(no toxicity or drama) and are currently looking for mature players to bolster our roster. We are currently 9/9 Heroic and 3/9 Mythic BOD 2/2 H CoS. We’re 8/8N 8/8H EP 4/8 M. We plan to push into mythic and get as far as we can. We are also working on trying to have a strong Mythic+ community.

About Us
Did Classic kill your guild and/or your server? Does your guild only do up to heroic and then take a break? Are you just tired of your guild not making the progression you’d like? Well, look no further! is an Alliance guild on Dalaran and we’re recruiting for our mythic progression! We’re an older guild that’s still fairly new to the server. We’re currently 8/8H EP and are trying to push mythic without needing to pug everything under the sun every week. Most of our leadership, and a few raiders, are at least 3/8M, so at least some of us know what we’re doing while we try to teach our AOTC raiders. We do raids and we always have someone wanting to do m+!

What We Need
Right now, we’re recruiting for all DPS and heals. Our specific dps that we want are a mage and warrior for the buffs of course! We also would like a warlock(or a few) and some DKs and/or druids. We need 3-4 strong heals as well.

When We Raid
Our raid schedule is Friday & Saturday from 11:30pm EST - 2am EST. Yes, that means we’re a late night guild. We almost always have someone on during the day to do things as well. We’re also throwing around the idea of heroic alt raids to get our alts close to where our mains are.

We have jobs, responsibilities and obligations like anyone else; but we still try to push mythic content, do Mythic Pluses, and complete achievements.
