Guild hypothesis: In-between casual and hardcore. Our selling point is pushing progression at a casual pace; we maintain light requirements for advancement without the pressures of 90% attendance and orange parsing.

Beyond raiding we run 1-2 M+ groups a night ranging from breaking 2000 IO to getting alts geared. Amplify is relatively mature, has been together for a while, and is extremely easy to fit into.

Hey there!

My raid group, Name is TBD, is one of several raid groups from our guild “Karma Horde” on US-Stormreaver. TBD is a raid group focusing on AoTC and then pushing lightly into Mythic. We’re a new raid team this tier, but leadership for this group led another raid through AotC for Uldir, BoD, and CoS. We’re a pretty chill group who make sure to make fun and good times a priority, while also pushing new content.

Karma Horde is a very large guild, with a wide variety of folks targeting all manner of content, including plenty of M+.

Our expectation of our raiders:

Our raiders should come prepared knowing the boss fight/mechanics, gear should be enchanted/gemmed, and should have the necessary consumables (battle potions, runes etc.). We expect everyone to be online 20 minutes before raid, as we aim to pull the boss exactly at the raid start time. Above all else we expect people to behave in a non-toxic manner as our guild has a zero-tolerance policy on toxicity. Overall, we expect everyone to have a good time raiding as we progress through new content.

What you can expect from us:

The guild will provide for the raid flasks and food, you can also expect an active guild outside of raid times where players are constantly pushing Mythic Keys, Doing Island Expeditions, PVP and/or playing other games while in Discord. We believe to be a laid back and chill guild with a welcoming environment.

Hello! Luminary is looking to recruit DPS, high priority to warlocks, spriest, mages, balance druid, and ele shaman. WHO WE ARE After getting into the mythic raiding scene in BfA and working up to CE in BoD, a small group of friends decided to start a new guild on US Area 52 (Horde). Our goal is to provide players with a friendly, fun, chill, and laid back atmosphere and environment for raiding and pushing mythic keys. We believe that team work makes the dream work and value strengthening our community as a team over individual progression.

We are currently looking for players to build a raiding team roster for heroic EP AOTC to include tanks, healers, and DPS. Our long term goal is pursuing CE. We raid every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:00 - 11:00 PM EASTERN. In addition we are always looking for players for our mythic key teams and have mythic key nights every Tuesday at 8:00 - 11:00 PM EASTERN.

Nocturnal Sun on Area52 has a newly forming team recruiting for AotC, we will do mythic once AotC is done. Looking for raiders committed to personal improvement, as well as contributing to a fun team environment.

Team Goals:
-AoTC & Mythic Progression at our pace. As we are not in any sort of race mythic progression will be done at a pace that feels comfortable to the team once we reach our goal of AotC.

-We consider the enjoyment of the game and loyalty more important then your parse!

Team Expectations:
-We expect all raiders to hold themselves accountable, take ownership of your mistakes and learn from them. Help is always available if you aren’t understanding something or need clarification.
-We expect each team member to come prepared knowing the strategies for each boss before entering raid by looking at strat/kill videos/warcraftlogs replays.
-We expect all raiders to be able to take constructive criticism well so they can look into their own logs/wowanalyzer to improve their gameplay wherever it is needed.
-We expect raiders to have appropriate addons installed and updated before raid; we use Angry Assignments, GTFO and Weak Auras - this is not optional.

Hello Wrynne I represent The Elect on Area 52. We are currently in the process of rebuilding our mythic raid team. From what you have said in your post you seem like the type of player we are looking for in this process. The core of the team is built up of competitive players who have extensive mythic raiding experience. RECRUITMENT MISSION STATEMENT :
We are currently looking for people that can commit to all raid days. We are interested in players that will show up prepared, focused, and ready to kill bosses.
We understand that real life happens, but we do ask that our raiders maintain at least 90% attendance and be able to raid without frequent interuption.
We don’t have a strict attendance policy, however it is important for us to keep our progression as strong as possible, which relies heavily on raid wide attendance. We will not be able to offer full time raid spots to those that can not commmit to raid days reliably.

RECRUITMENT NEEDS :
We are currently building a raid team on Area52 (H) in preparations for Mythic Eternal Palace. At the moment we are seeking competent raiders of any role/class.

OFFICER ROLES :
At this moment we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer. We are looking for a player that has a strong understanding of World of Warcraft and what it takes to progress in Mythic content. As a guild, we are prepared to offer in-game compensation to someone that can responsibly manage the needs of our Recruitment Officer. The compensation will be discussed during an interveiw prior to assuming the duties/promotion. Recruitment Officer will play a very big role in the development of our guild, and we take this role VERY seriously.

We are looking for a player that:

  • Can commit substantial time to browsing forums for potential raiders
  • Bump and update forum posts as the guilds needs and progression changes
  • Utilize Trade/General Chat for potential raiders
  • Collaborate with the other Officers in setting up Discord interviews/talks prior to members joining the guild.
  • Can easily and effectively communicate with players in a respectful manner.

MYTHIC+ :

For our 20m roster we will have four 5m mythic+ teams that do one max level key a week. These teams are made up randomly and will be mixed up every two weeks. This system allows for us to make sure that our raiders are staying up to date with gear/Azerite, and it also helps build chemistry within the core. These are 100% MANDATORY and will be conducted after raid on Mondays. Same attendance requirements as raid days.

EXPECTATIONS :

We expect all raiders to come to raids prepared. This means:

  • Having the correct gems and enchants.
  • Class knowledge.
  • Raid preparation.

We only raid 8 hours a week, so it is imperative that we don’t waste time. Performance is very important to us, and as such, we hold our raiders to high standards. We log every fight and pay close attention to everything involved. We have many high end multi-class raiders that are more than willing to help with struggling raiders, however we do expect you to have a strong grasp of the class and role you intend to play.

LOOT SYSTEM :
Not a lot to this really. BFA loot is personal. At this current time we have no structured system for non-upgrades. You’re welcome to pass loot, but we will not concern ourselves with it. Our focus is killing bosses
